I love this Walgreens! They're always ready to help you find what you need. The pharmacy does their best to work with patients needs while dealing with difficult insurance issues. Keep up the great work!

After Rite Aid (on Genesee Rd) closed & all patient files transferred to Walgreens on Main St I called and Michelle was AMAZING and so patient at helping me locate my dogs prescriptions and got them refilled right away! :) Thank you, Michelle!

One star feels generous. With Rite Aid closing my scripts have been transferred to Walgreens. I needed to clear up some information and over the course of an hour talked to 3 or 4 people who were all quite rude and short with me and sat on hold for just over 45 minutes. As a fellow customer service worker I expect more.
