I worked with Marissa and she was a delight. Quick to respond and very attentive to my insurance needs. She suggested something I didn’t even think about that saved me a lot of money and allowed me to cancel one of my superfluous policies. Highly recommended!

Emailed a quote within a day. Lisa was able to find a company that would cover my home and auto both and was able to save me $800 while getting more coverage on my house. When I called a month after our only meeting in person, Lisa remembered me right away. So glad to have found my new agent!

Horrible treatment. I called to see about a policy. The lady Lisa was supposed to call me back. She didn't. So I called back the next afternoon. She informed me they couldn't beat my current insurance price. I asked what the reason I was a she would only say it's about my insurance score but would not give any more information. When I pressed about the score was and suggested my assumption that this place would have been cheaper than the very large insurance company I go through....she got angry, said goodbye and hung up. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Not only are they rude, they are pricey.
