I had to add a line and move a line from one device to another. Nick was very patient with the situation and got me out the door, and with no charge for the set up fees.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is full of incompetent children that scam you. maybe if they wore name tags i could say the name of the annoying boy who tried to “help” me but i was never told a name. i went in to get a new phone, was upselled and realized what happened so i changed my mind and asked for a return of items and he did just that, then when i checked my card the return was gone and was charged of everything. i would ask him a question about the phone or accessories he had sold me and his only response was “i don’t know” this is your job how do you not know. kept on insisting that i get an internet bundle when i had told him multiple times that i already have internet through a different provider and was extremely rude when i told him no for the 6th time. i also repetitively asked for paper recipes due to the reviews on this place and walked out with no recipe just the empty boxes he had put in a verizon bag. this place is horrible don’t come here go to the one in Davison.

The guy that waited on me I believe his name was Conner was awesome. He set my phone up for me explained everything very informative. Wonderful experience!

Feels like I got scammed into a business internet gateway. Told Dylan (the Verizon associate) 3 times I really wasn't interested in the internet plan. Finally he told me he could take off some money off from my phone bill if I took it and I could try it out for a few months. About 40days later I came back in to the store to turn it in because it wasn’t working out. Now evidently I’m STUCK WITH IT for 3 years. I can either pay the router off for $400 bucks then cancel the plan OR pay for the wifi for the next 3 years. I’m extremely frustrated with this outcome because I really didn’t even want this internet service from the get go. I realized a week in I wasn’t going to use it. I had no idea it was time sensitive.
