My fiance and I switched to rite aid pharmacy about 2 months before they did a completely unannounced closing where they were bought out by Walgreens. No call, nothing to let us know we had been transferred to an entirely different store

I went in to purchase beer and the ladies there said I couldn’t buy it because my ID was vertical. Mind you I have been 21 for 6 entire months. Absolutely embarrassing!! I literally have purchased beer from the very lady that said she couldn’t to sell me. Disrespectful and I am going to another store in town from now on.

Clean well stocked store. Staff kinda acts like it's a bother to service you.

Speaking for the store not the pharmacy. Due to having never experienced a pleasant encounter with the pharmacy aspect of Rite Aid in Lapeer. The store has always had friendly and helpful employees. Courteous and polite. Good atmosphere.

I will tell you what. I had the most pleasant time with the young man in the pharmacy today. He was so friendly and nice! Glad to see a young person doing this job and he made me smile and made my day a better one.

First time At this stores pharmacy and I cannot say enough about how the pharmacist went above and beyond to assist me without even asking. My prescription was going to be expensive, the pharmacist approached me and told me he could help get something less expensive and just as effective. He did and that kind of service is just not found often In todays world.

Absolutely terrible. Won't pick up the phone in the pharmacy no matter how much you call. Do not use this pharmacy please. Any other pharmacy will treat you better. Pathetic

Bought a gift card from here, but they failed to activate it. Won't activate it after I returned cause i no longer have the receipt. So the employees failed to do there job and now my kid doesn't get to use the card. Do better with employee training. Highly recommend not buying from here.

There a little pricey on over the counter medical supplies. The pharmacy Is slow and the drive thru window could use some improvements and some friendly service would be nice. The window tellers are rude and act like there being bothered by your requests.

I like this store. That said, they have one employee who is rude to me every time I come in. Tonight I came 2 minutes to close to buy a soda, takes 30 seconds, I was turned away at the door. I know what it's like to have a late customer because I work in food service. This was very unprofessional. Any other employee I have been served by was much more accommodating.
