Came in to drop off my car today for an oil change, like I have 30 times at this location. This time I went in, and it looked to be one of the mechanics at the register. He was not very welcoming or nice. I have been there many, many times for your services. Every single time I have my dog with me and we walk to the park while you do the oil. There has never been a problem, in fact everyone was always welcoming to me and the dog. This time, with a disrespectful attitude, he told me, before I even said anything, that he would get to me in a min and then without even looking up, he angrily said my dog could not be in there... How do I drop off my car for an oil change without getting my dog out of it? I'll never bring mine, or any of my families car here again!

In my opinion these guys did amazing work on both my cars! Great pricing as well! I will definitely be taking my vehicles back when needed! I highly recommend!!

These guys were able to get BOTH of my family's vehicles in same day and make the necessary repairs for a fair price. I was amazed and so very grateful!

Super nice guy that was working there. My car started stalling out and I was an hour from home. I pulled in and he helped me out. Super friendly. I did not have work done, he cleared the code...told me what it was and said to wait and see if the light came back on and if it did to bring it back and he would fix it. Wasn't just out for my money. The car ran fine afterwards. 5 starts for customer service.

The mechanics in this shop are rude,unprofessional, and all had additudes when I brought my car in the ridiculous prices are a complete rip off example they wanted to charge me $500.00 for two mufflers installed I had already taken the old mufflers off so half the jib was already done before I went there they told me the mufflers were $175.00 a piece I needed to so there gouging up on the parts and labor I purchased the same exact mufflers made by walker for $125.00 for both of them then when I confronted them about the price they told me to get the F out of there shop and go to Walmart mind you the 3 mechanics were standing around twiddling there thumps because they had no work to do I can see why nobody goes there for service bunch of jerks with bad additudes. Ps I've reported how I was treated to the state of Michigan and the better business Burea so I'm warning everyone to stay away from those crooks

they lied about how much oil my car took so they could charge me extra and when i checked my oil level in the parking lot it was 2 quarts low
