PLACE IS TERRIBLE, HAD OIL CHANGE DONE AND IN LESS THAN 3000 MILES OIL FILTER BLEW OFF, TOOK OIL FILTER TO 3 DIFFERENT FORD DEALERS AND ALL THREE SAID THE WRONG FILTER WAS USED. UNACCEPTABLE WORK AT THIS PLACE. SO FAR ENGINE SEEMS OK, BUT WE WILL SEE. THE DISTRICT MANAGER SCOTT HODGES HAS ZERO KNOWLEDGE. AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. ANYBODY READING THIS DO NOT GO HERE

The guys were nice and professional. Charged a fair price to change oil with supplied oil and filter and dealing with my 20+ bolt underbelly cover. Great alternative when I don't have the time to do it myself. I'd recommend and would go back.

Pulled up to the door at 11:20am with no one in either bay and waited for 5 minutes. A worker came out of the door, wouldn't even look our way and walked over to the gas station. We were the only car waiting. Now I know way valvalin is so busy.Service: Oil change
