Terrible work quality. They destroyed my 2020 rams tail gate harness. Multiple quality issues. Dan is an old hack who just wants to make a quick buck. Run while you can.

Had my Jeep pickup truck bed spray liner done and it worked out great. Thick and quality application, it's been a few years since and it has held up very well. Taking another truck I just purchased for the same gig. Truck I just bought already had a spray liner but it was done very thin and is peeling away. Gonna have it redone correctly and for a good competitive price.

They ordered a set of running boards and brackets for my new car and they would not fit. Order the same boards and brackets and put them on myself no problem.

We had a spray in bed liner put in our 2020 Chevy 2500HD. We spoke with Dawn and wanted to order Weather tech floor mats as well. She looked up online the part number to get them ordered. She was looking up a 2019 for part number after I repeatedly reminded her that the truck is 2020. She kept cutting me off telling me they are the same and it doesn’t matter, she would not put the correct truck year in to look up the part number. She ordered the mats and we were to come back the next day to pick them up. I drove an hour to pick up the floor mats, got them home and they of course were INCORRECT. We called back and said they don’t fit, she finally looked up the part number for 2020 2500HD and of course they were different part numbers. While on the phone to get the correct ones, she was arguing now that the mats were interchangeable between a 2500HD gasser and a diesel which they were not. She finally looked up the difference and said she ordered the right ones to fit a 2020HD gas motor.I found Dawn 100% unprofessional and I would never recommend anybody to go deal with her. I would 100% recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere and order from somebody else.
