I don't normally leave bad reviews anywhere because I get some days are just bad in general. Well when I get the most attitude I've ever received from anybody in customer service before I'm going to say something. The assistant customer service manager snapped at me for asking to get a change order. I just need 10 $5's and 50 $1's. Now I know 50 $1's is annoying and I wouldn't do it unless I had to but all in all they offer money services. Anyways, she asked what change I needed and after answering her (with the amounts above) was immediately meet with a snappy response, "Okay well you need to slow down." I heard that 5 times. Very frustrating and I didn't catch her name but she should not be representing customer service especially as a manager.

It's not perfect but im giving 5 stars bcuz the young staff is so sweet! The guys aways check the back for me and the yng ladies at checkout r sweet as a button! They accept all or most of my kroger coupons! Coolbeans

I try to do most of my shopping at the Lake Orion store. Employees are rude
Prices are higher
Pharmacy will not do 3 month RX
Other Kroger stores have much better options.

I've shopped here quite often for beer and food my wife always comes with. She never brings her Id because I'm checking out duh she also doesn't drink, we had our 4 month old with us. She never has been asked but today some lady at the self check out had a power trip and asked for both. Then she took my stuff said I had to walk out the door and come back in and go to a different register. So I did that. Should have just left tbh. I Collect my stuff from the first lady then to another line which had the normal shopping cart people with a lot of stuff I had like 8 items. Unbelievable then there was a screw up at the counter and the lady had to restart the whole thing. I didn't get her name from self checkout but I'll be sure to go back and get it not to shop. But I definitely hoping she never gets a raise or improves her entitle life first world life some common sense could have been used like my wife is a nursing mother not drinking and if I brought my 15 or 17 yr old with me what then. Now I kinda Wish they'd take the whole store out and put a Costco. So much for a quick grocery run.

Just left the Kroger at Lapeer it’s 9:40 store closes at 10. The manager on duty Leann was not very helpful. Only self check out was open and when I asked if she could open a register she simply said “No”. So I said well I’ll just leave this cart here for you to which she obviously didn’t care. Thank goodness a young lady coming into work asked the nice young man Peyton running the self checkout if he could help. He then asked the same woman I asked if I was doing a debit or credit if he could check me out. She said oh yeah you can do that. Maybe if she would of asked me that it would of been better considering she is a manager but more concerned with her closing duties then the paying customer. PS. She must hate her job as anytime I’ve seen her she doesn’t ever smile.
