Just took one tire in to get fixed and the tech said he would work it in. Dropped off at 11:00 am. Went back at 4:10 and he hadn't even touched it. Would never go back to this place and especially wouldn't buy tires from them!

We had a flat tire with our RV that involved some of the suspension components on a Sunday afternoon. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They really helped us out and offered to let us leave the camper in their lot until we could get everything sorted out. Within a few hours though we were back on the road. I highly recommend them!

Everyone here was fantastic! They were so helpful, even though I was a walk-in customer. They set me up with four brand new tires, and an oil change. Great place and great people!

Complete joke service is horrible they destroyed one of the tires on my truck. I asked the manager to order me 2 new tires that I was more than willing to pay for just needed my recovery truck back on the road. Manager told me that he ordered the tires and that the tires would be there Monday morning. I went to the location Monday at 3 PM. No tires, no call, so I wasted my time going all the way there which I might add, is a 28 mile drive. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Management, it's horrible techs, don't know what they're doing. They destroyed my tire, crushed it flat 3 times right in front of me. And then tell me that my tire is out of round, and they can't balance it. I wonder why probably because the tech did not know what he was doing. Manager did not care to even help the attack.That was obviously struggling 2 hours trying to get my tires on and he was just worried about walking to get lunch, came back from lunch. Still, with no interest in customer satisfaction. And now it's Thursday, it's still no call for tires, and they do not stand behind their workmanship. If there was anything less than a one star, that's what I would have rated them. I do not recommend anybody goes to this location.

Came had an appt twice, first time my order wasn't even ordered an sat wasted two hours had to come back two days later, to my second appt which was at 11am it's now, 2pm and my car still isn't complete. Came for 4 new tires. Longest process ever, late for work again. The man Nelson at the front desk is unorganized he needs to be reevaluated on his job position. Definitely will not come back here again. Absolutely wild how long this has taken.

Came in last minute and despite being busy they got me in to replace my tire, guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful!

Plan and simple. Sold tires they didn't have in stock and was told they did. Waited 5hrs to get ones they did. Nelson was a Rockstar under pressure.

Had just bought a used vehicle, and the dealership was nice enough to put brand new tires on. Well, they didn’t balance them, and the car was very skaky at speeds between 55-75. I’m a truck driver, only home weekends, and just got home from being on the road Friday 6/28/24 and made it to Kanrock Monro around 5. He wasn’t able to get me in, but said I could come back in the morning and he’ll get it done. When they finished up he didn’t charge me a penny, and I took my car out to I69 and got her up to 90mph, and it drove straight and smooth as glass! I truly appreciate them doing a great job and not charging me anything. They didn’t have to go that far, but they did! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend this shop!!! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly! They really took care of me on a walk in! Car was in bad shape, and they walked through all the issues, what could wait, what couldn’t wait, and helped in pricing where they could! Tires are buy one get one right now. They did tires, alignment, breaks, rotors, calipers, check engine light reading… all last min and all to perfection! Took the car on a long trip… didn’t even know she could do 90mph! ?? Thank you!!!
