I had a wonderful experience getting my Jeep Compass lease, with the help of Chris Barnes and Brad Curtis. This process was new to me as it is the first lease in my name. Chris and Brad were both extremely helpful and patient with me as I was navigating my way through. I highly recommend this company to anyone new to leasing. While this dealership is an hour and a half away from my house, I will gladly continue making the drive for what has now been a truly exceptional experience in purchasing three separate vehicles dating back to 2019. I highly recommend requesting to work with Riley. He is absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure that I not only had an excellent experience, but that I was 100% comfortable with the purchase I made. If you want an easy, low stress, car buying experience, I cannot recommend Riley and Jim Riehl’s Friendly Dodge Jeep Ram of Lapeer enough.

Steve was extremely detailed. We knew where we stood with the possibilities coast worst and timeliness. When he said he would keep us informed he did just that.

I had the opportunity to work with Nick (didn't catch a last name) I know he was getting a ton of calls inquiring about their vehicles. Never once did he give me the impression that I was hounding him, he was very patient and informative.

Went in for an Oil Change. Everyone was very welcoming and had a smile for me. But the price of an oil change is crazy ?. My previous vehicle which was purchased from you guys was a lot, and a few years later same vehicle different year……..holy canoli!!!!! Inflation is a B!

No tire rotation was needed but not sure what else was done. Favorite place for maintenance on my Jeep.
