I purchased a home in February and Blue flame was the provider at the time of the home purchase. They required a safety inspection be done before they could fill up my tank because of the account changeover; however, the safety guy said my stove hookup was not to their liking (mind you, this is the same hookup the previous homeowner had…). I paid $80 to have a gas specialist come in and tell me what I had was totally normal, but to get it up to blue flames liking it would cost me $912. I called another propane company and they had no issues with my stove hookup and it cost me less to switch to a new company and have the tank filled, than the quote I received to get my hookup changed to the way blue flame wanted it. 10/10 don’t recommend - find a different company and save yourself the time/money/and headache.

I have been a loyal customer for a few months now. I have 4 cylinders that require filling regularly as these are the current source of heat for my RV/tiny home. Blue Flame is by far the best value in town. They even have a loyalty program so every 5th tank is filled free of charge! And the ladies in the office are always friendly.

We can't say enough about how helpful the guys from Blue Flame Propane are. We called to ask for information about moving gas lines and Chris arrived the next day. Not only was he prompt, he offered to get the materials and install it for us. When he returned (within hours) with everything we needed, he also brought help Jeff. So Chris and Jeff aka Boots ☺️ Installed the new gas lines and now we are ready to have our tank moved after our cement construction is complete next week. DO NOT GO HERE. We originally joined because we were told on multiple occasions that they price matched other companies in the area. We thought we were set. However, after jumping through all hoops they have for them to price match, they refused to do so. Of course there is no WRITTEN policy about price matching, just word of mouth. So we switched just to have more fees piled on because they refused to follow their own policy. Now they refuse to take our phone calls and are threatening legal action. THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU, DON'T GO HERE!

Had these guys come out to change a leaking valve on my tank. They went above and beyond under my house fixing another leak they found. Very quick, very kind, very professional.

We have multiple locations using Blue Flame and have used them for at least 20 years. Pam in the Lapeer office is professional and always helpful. The drivers are all great given our unique situation. We have had no reason to switch.

The ladies that work the office are always wonderful, the guys have been very helpful with all of our questions regarding hooking up our new gas range. This company has been amazing for the past 10 years we've lived in Michigan and used them for our propane. They're prompt with fill ups when we call for top offs.
