I waited 40 minutes for a tire rotation just so they can tell me they can't service me. Wasted my time and it easily could have been avoided if someone looked at my vehicle before putting me on wait.

I took my vehicle in for a slow leak on the drivers side front tire. The Technician broke off studs on the REAR drivers wheel, that I did NOT ask them to repair. He noticed my rear tire was low so took it upon himself to repair that as well. In doing so he tore THREE studs off the hub. Then the store associate proceeded to call me and tell me I needed to pay to repair the whole hub assembly and he couldn't let me drive it safely without doing so. He told me it was an expensive fix, because the car is 10yrs old and so it would be around 800$+ with labor... After I told them, in no way would I be paying to repair something they had damaged, they went and simply replaced the studs. Great.
However, they attached the entire transcript from the tech and associate to my receipt, where they went on to talk about how totally unreasonable I was because "they were just trying to do the right thing and the customer didn't want to pay to repair the damages." Completely unprofessional! Attached is the actual receipt I was handed! This was such a bummer as I've always wonderful interactions with the guys at this location up until this point.

I always receive the best service at Lapeer Belle Tire. I drive an hour to this location because they are honest, trustworthy and do outstanding work on my vehicle! I highly recommend them.

This place is an absolute mess spent 4 and a 1/2 hours there. Total time for a simple oil change was supposed to bed placed in a waiting in lobby bag and instead was placed in a drop off. Service bag, the interior of my truck was completely disgusting with Greece rust etc. I would highly not recommend this place only went here because I had to

Never going here again, they literally told me my rim was cracked and I needed to take it to get welded. Turns out my rim was not cracked at all, I had a nail in it. Wanted to charge me to take my rim off the tire even though the rim itself was not cracked. Gave me misleading information that would’ve costed me a lot more, I went to budget and they took care of everything for me for free!!! I recommend you save your time and MONEY and go to budget tire in lapeer, they do not mislead you and actually take the time you look at your issues. Not to mention I had mechanical work that needed done and belle tire quoted me 1500 dollars which is insane! For a job that only took one hour to do.. if you like to get your money taken from you and not get your issue resolved then belle tire might be the place for you. But if you want honesty and people who care to look at your vehicle the right way i say BUDGET ALLL DAY!!!

Great customer service! I had a piece of metal embedded in my tire. They brought it back, removed it, tested to make sure it wasn't leaking. It wasn't, thank goodness! Then said I was all set, free of charge.
It was quick! Thank you!
