I could not be happier with the service I received from Beckwith’s! 1,000% I would recommend these great people. From the estimate, to dropping it off and then picking it up, they went above and beyond. Five days from start to finish. And as a side note: Whomever does their final cleaning inside and out, deserves a pay raise. ? Super impressed on the amount of work that was put into cleaning up my car before I picked it up.

This is a terrible paint shop. They use to be great. I don’t know why but they have gone down hill. They messed our car up so bad after the hail damage repair that we ended up having to trade it in for a new car. We almost had the car paid off & now we are starting over with payments. The paint had junk in it, dull spots, still had a couple hail dents showing. It leak water on the rear fuse box by the hatch back door because the big rubber plug for the wiring was not pushed back down in the hole it belonged in. It filled up our spare tire area with water. I finally figured out what it was coming from. Something is loose in the rear headliner that squeaks non stop. Something is loose in the passenger door as well. Had it back to the shop twice & it just came back with more problems. Some of them I fixed myself. My insurance sent me to this shop & told me that I couldn’t take it some where else to fix the issues as Beckwith’s had to warranty the repairs. What a joke. This car should have been a total loss anyway but beckwith’s said they could put it back to what it was before the hail storm damage, which was like new. They said the car had enough value left that it would have a repairable value under the value of the car. Every panel, glass, & trim on this car had to be replaced or removed. They also beat up the trim putting it back on. I have had 2 vehicles done by them since Covid & they were both not done to the standard that I have had beckwith’s do in the past. We also know several friends & family that had the same poor quality done in their recent repairs. The inside of the SUV was filthy when we got it back. There are to many problems to list them all. Also the time frame to do the work was off by about 4 weeks. That’s a long time to be off, they have our car for 7 1/2 weeks & still did a bad job. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Someone once stated that there is some crazy magic happening at this place, there certainly is!!! We have a 2023 Toyota Tacoma and it got hit on the drivers side front in a grocery store parking lot. And Beckwith’s Body Shop repaired everything to absolute perfection! They worked amazingly with my USAA insurance! I am so happy USAA referred them for us. When we picked it up this afternoon, it was washed and vacuumed inside and not a piece of dust was anywhere. So thankful! Amazing JOB!!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Some crazy magic happening at this place. They answer the phone when you call, they call you when they're supposed to, the price didn't change, no drama, they just did the work they said they would. Magic! Our cars had hale damage, but minor to what so many had this summer. I can be pretty critical at times, and I can't even tell there was any damage or repairs done. Magic! Too bad they don't do roofing. We could use some of that magic there.
