These people intentionally sell incomplete kits, ignore your emails, and create problems to take advantage of customers, then hide behind third party seller and return policy’s.
I continue getting sick to my stomach over how horrible these people are; I truly hope they go out of business… Read the past and predict the future, avoid these people at all cost!

Placed an order, paid for the order, and it was never received. No answers to phone calls, and the email for customer service is not a valid email. This place seems like a scam, doesn’t seem to be a legitimate business at all.

I have called over 20 times and no answer and have sent five emails and no response. The first pump I ordered the wrong one and they were quick to send me a return slip and I purchased the correct one and have not been able to use it because the water hose connection fitting will not screw onto the hose.

I ordered hubcentric wheel spacers through Coaler Systems. Never got an invoice or a tracking number no response. Phone just rings. Called my bank to dispute the transaction, then I got an email saying the part was shipped. But I received the wrong part. They will not give me an invoice. The reason I'm posting this business is because the responding email was from Auto Express and not Coaler Systems. I finally get the parts and they are not hubcentric so there for not the parts I ordered. They are crooks and do not do business with them.

The best way to predict the future, is look at the past. Don’t, DO NOT, do business with this outfit. They sell off Amazon and EBay. My order from Them, through Amazon, was incomplete. Their “Customer Care” phone number is a joke, No Answer period. Read all of their reviews and DO NOT waste your money!!! SCAMMERS, be AWARE!!!!!!

These guys are assholes. They do not list the length of their hood supports on their ads because they send you the wrong ones. I ordered them for a 2004 Kia Optima, but they are about 7 inches longer than OEM and will not work for the hood. I contacted them right away, but they just basically brushed me off. I had to buy the correct supports from another seller, and I have given these guys plenty of time to look into this. Their response is that it was sent to Quality Control Dept and waiting to hear from them. Basically that is their way of hoping you will just forget about it and not contact them again. Well, I am back after attempting to give them a 2nd chance to correct their wrong and not sell the wrong parts to unsuspecting buyers. Now I am not going to be nice about it at all. I have reported them to Ebay, next will be the B.B.B. and Amazon. Hope this steers potential buyers from this shady company. Trust me I am not the only one! Make sure to read the negative reviews on Ebay before purchasing from these people!

ordered fender flares for my 99 dodge ram. might be able to use the flares but they didn't send the correct mounting hardware. made several calls, but no one answered, ever. no response to emails either. Look elsewhere for products and read the reviews.

Like other posters on here. Ordered fender flares for my pickup. Order arrived in three days which was great but they only sent 3 out of the 4 flares. Emailed and tried calling the next day with no one answering the phone after trying all day. Horrible service !!!

I would absolutely give this company zero stars if possible. The absolute worst communication. I placed an order online over $200 it was “out of stock” so they pulled my order without any call or notification of any kind until I sent several emails trying to reach them, after I finally received a response asking if I would like to be issued a refund I responded to please refund it, I’ve been waiting 4 days with not a single response again. They do not answer their phone whatsoever it just rings. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.
