This is the sweetest team from an Indie Pharmacy. No other items to buy. No pretense. Just excellent customer service and great quality in meds. So glad we switched from a major retailer. They are kind and personable.

Ive been to Rite Aid, CVS, Meijer, Walgreens, Target and a few others and Your Pharmacy beats them all hands down! The care, compassion and friendliness Your Pharmacy gives is refreshing and RARE! Always willing to help, always able to answer questions and every customer is treated as an individual and not just another script like the others places. Im so happy I switched to Your Pharmacy (btw, they do allllll the leg work with switching pharmacies) Ive not had to wait on scripts to come in, deal with partial fills, wait in line for 10/15/20 minutes at a time and they’ve been CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER than any of my past pharmacies Ive dealt with. Make the switch and go where you’re appreciated and valued- YOUR PHARMACY.

Was told the medication they ordered was not profitable and that I needed to wait a week while they sent it back and got the cheaper one. When I tried to go elsewhere they refused to return my rx. Not friendly.

We have been to every pharmacy in town and have put up with sub par customer service at many along with drug shortages and partial fills for years. About 6 months ago we discovered a gem here in Lansing! The customer service here is exceptional! A family business that treats their customers like family. Your Pharmacy is where you need to go if sincerity, compassion, knowledge and trust is important! We as a community are very fortunate to have Your Pharmacy available to us!!

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Amazing people always helpful and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is worked out. Life long seizure meds that require prior approval constantly and is always a hassle this pharmacy has always took care of us and made sure we have needs when we need them. Truly a great experience every time. I will never go to another pharmacy and I highly recommend Your Pharmacy!

This place begged me to be their customer when I lived near them. And it was more like a pushy used car sales place then a pharmacy. Constantly calling me, filling prescriptions I didn’t want refilled without asking. (Older meds I hadn’t got refills on because I didn’t need the refills) Then when I moved out of the area I thought oh ok maybe it would be nice to have a pharmacy that delivers being I don’t have a car even if they do annoy the death out of me. But they started not wanting to deliver then. Ugh.....
