Typical big-company service; went there with my phone that wasn't working anymore. Instead of thinking about possible solutions they tried to sell me a new phone. Even connecting my number to an older phone so I could keep calling and texting was conveniently 'impossible'. Took my phone to an independent phone fixer, he saw there was dirt in the USB port that prevented charging. He cleaned it for free. 0$ spent, not thanks to Xfinity.

I talked to an associate. They were really helpful in working with finding out what’s causing intermittent connectivity with my internet. He did his job well. I waited 2 hours and the internet still didn’t work. I texted the number sent to me. I have setup an appt for today at 8am-10am. No one showed. No one called. And now I have to GO THROUGH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AGAIN and go through the same freaking process. AGAIN?! I DID NOT cancel my appt! Xfinity cancelled my appt on me! So what am I just forced to pay money for a service that doesn’t actually work? This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Xfinity and I feel like I was ignored and being taken advantage of while I pay $92 for 5 seconds of internet every time I reset my router. I’m not going through the same stressful process on the phone when I was PROMISED by Xfinity an appointment to fix my internet so I can pay money for internet that’s actually real. 3 months I’ve been dealing with this. Why is the only person willing to help the one guy I was on the phone with? Make him the CEO.

They stole my money two months in a row! Automatically enrolled my plan to an upgrade I didn’t ask for and charged me an extra fee. Finally got ahold of someone who said they fixed it and wouldn’t happen again. Found out they stole from me again this month by overcharging my bank account for the same “upgrade” I didn’t enroll in. No one will pick up the phone or handle the issue at all. They are thieves! Go with any other provider !!!

My recent experience with Xfinity's internet and home security services has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After being a customer for over a year, I encountered multiple issues with their home security cameras, which I thought I owned but apparently do not. Even after paying for these cameras, they are essentially useless without an active Xfinity service, leaving me with devices I can't use.To make matters worse, I moved a couple of months ago and reached out to Xfinity to disconnect my service. However, it seems that my request was either forgotten or mishandled, as my service remained active. When I finally contacted them to resolve the issue, the first representative I spoke to told me I had a $165.00 bill that needed to be paid before they could disconnect my service. What's truly infuriating is that I had already paid my bill on the 12th of this month and returned all the equipment, which should have left me with a balance of zero according to their website. Yet, this representative insisted on obtaining my credit card information multiple times, creating unnecessary discomfort and concern. In a desperate attempt to clarify the situation, I decided to call back and speak with another representative. To my astonishment, the second representative informed me that my outstanding bill had somehow skyrocketed to $365.00. This discrepancy between the website and the information provided on the phone left me bewildered and frustrated. Now, to add insult to injury, they are claiming I owe them for a box I believed I was paying for and thought I owned. I asked if I could simply return the equipment to settle the supposed debt, but they couldn't provide a clear answer. Fortunately, Xfinity doesn't offer service in my new location, which is a silver lining in this ordeal. After this experience, I've decided that I will no longer be an Xfinity customer, and I won't be recommending their services to anyone else. The incompetence, inconsistency, and overall frustration I've encountered with Xfinity's service and customer support have left me with no desire to continue doing business with them.

I know this a review for the store itself, but there is literally no other way to express the frustrations I have with dealing with this superhero-villian corporation that is Comcast/Xfinity. They WILL NOT CANCEL MY SERVICE AND WONT STOP BILLING ME AND NOW WONT STOP CALLING ME FOR MONEY I ALLEGEDLEY OWE FOR THE SERVICE THAT I CANCELLED VIA ONE OF THEIR REPS. I've had two conversations with representives about cancelling my account and it just never happens and then I'm put on hold waiting for the retention department for hours. Is that the joke? Retention department is just a hold line so you can never actually cancel? This company is awful. They're so big there is zero accountability and no obligation to make sure they conduct business ethically. Switch to Metronet. Use a hot spot. Or just get rid of internet entirely. Go to your local library. Use your office internet. Avoid conducting business with comcast. I hope the whole company goes under and every employee can find more fulfilling work.

went in last month to cancel my internet service because i had no use for it anymore since my apartment comes with it returned all of my stuff including a router and a tv box. asked before i left to make sure i wasnt going to get charged on the next billing period, conveniently i just got charged. i strongly suggest you use any other internet service than this one. you can never get anything solved with your account because their “call line” just hangs up on you instead of solving the issue. constant internet issues such as anyone being able to connect to your internet. you have to configure settings in the router to even be able to use your consoles live options. the staff is rude and apparently they dont know how to properly do their jobs either. if i could leave a negative star review i would.

I signed up for a flex device which is included in my plan no charge simply so I am able to get the free peacock account. Needing the device to sign up for the service is a whole other set of issues. I finally received the device sent attention to a person that should not in anyway be associated with my account. After spending hours in chat support and on calls to xfinity I was told I would need to go into the store to find out why.My experience at the Comcast store in Eastwood Center is one of the worst experiences I have had with any business. They were rude and unhelpful. I pointed out that I was texted about adding a second flex box on my account which I didn't ask for, receive, or agree to. They promised that they would leave a note on the account and ensure no charges would be made. I have since received multiple emails and texts from comcast asking me to approve the changes and additional charges despite the promise that this was handled. After another hour on calls with their support I have had the charges removed from my account but what a disaster. I don't even care that much about the free Peacock service, in the end it cost me three hours of my time, gas to get to the store, and endless frustration. If you are able to choose anyone other than comcast, do it.

Yo Isiah greeted me when I hit the door, talked me through my business, and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes flat. 10/10 give him a million dollars.

I hate this company, their system is beyond horrible and it's so annoying. I thought At&t was bad but this company is ten times worse. You're better off with metro. Run far away from Xfinity you will be disappointed.

To tell a 90 yro. man and his 87 yro. wife;who have 0 tech savvy that it would only 10 minutes to activate there phone is insane. She had both phones there. You got paid the commission, you have taken 10 minutes to activate it. After 2 phone calls to someone who barely speaks English after 2 hours was the most ludicrous thing ever. Either step up or step out.

Tyler worked through a difficult issue and followed it through to the end. He provided timely updates and was very professional. In a world of, “It’s not my problem “, he took ownership and ensured success. Thank you Tyler!

I went to the Xfinity Store at Eastwood Towne Center to get a replacement box because the one I had wasn't working. I found the associate I dealt with to be unprofessional, rude and dismissive. And as a result, I "cut" the cable and canceled Xfinity. I should have done it long ago. Xfinity has terrible customer service.

Ian took amazing care of us! We got there a couple mins early but he was ready for us right away. He took our internet down from $140 to $40. He also transferred our phone service with our same phone number from Verizon to Xfinity mobile very quickly and smoothly. Ian also got us the best deal possible when we traded in our phones to upgrade the iPhone 14 Pro. Ian explained every detail in an easy way for us to understand and made sure we fully understood all of the fine print. We are now saving $200 per month on our internet and phone service! We could not be happier! 100% recommend this Xfinity service center and especially the employee who worked with us, Ian!

So I'm not a customer for Comcast but I want to let everyone know that one day I was driving down the road and these two workers were working on the side of the road on the wires and it ended up hitting my windshield and then I got a call from them and they said that they didn't see anything happen and then I was pretty much making it up even though I have evidence and pictures still wasn't enough they told me to contactmy insurance to see if they can get my windshield replaced but that's not the point because I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for ttheredamage that they did to my car and it makes me very upset like I could have swerved and hit a car like that didn't even care about my safety

They will put a ton of screw holes in your siding and leave the outside of your house with wires hanging from the previous install. Be aware that they don't use calk so you will have leaks and carpenter ants. If I did want the wires off my house I will now have holes in my siding. They dont explain this before hand either. Never again. Thanks Xfinity and Comcast.
