Awful service team. Had my car for almost a month with the part delivered and went in to see my car not even torn to be worked on but was told it would be done by the middle to the end of the week and once I called I was told they don’t know when it might be done and to see my car not even in the service bays area to even be started when it’s time frustrated me. I understand I’m using a warranty but I definitely felt like whoever paid out of pocket was getting put before me and I have a video of the manager rudely putting me out of the place and me going to the back showing my car not even in the bays. I am posting the video all over the media and I am definitely not recommending nobody to this place. Awful awful awful awful awful !!!

Dwayne, our salesman, Bill the sales manager, and Dylan the Business Manager, were all personable as well as professional as we made our deal on a gently used Hyundai. I'm 72 years old, and it was the best vehicle purchase experience that I've ever encountered. No high pressure, agreeable negotiation process, and service after the sale were all factors in our satisfying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership wholeheartedly to friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle.

Dwayne helped us with purchasing a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq hybrid today. He was not high pressure and very personable. The business manager, David was very insightful as well! We drove away with plate & registration in hand. We highly recommend going to Williams Auto World!

Amazing, friendly people. No pressure and went above and beyond at every step. They also worked together as a real team. You can tell they enjoy what they do and really care.The short version isNelson (Sales Manager),Danielle (Sales),David (Business),Victoria (Internet Manager) were all a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.(Pictured is my new 2023 Ioniq 5 SEL AWD in Galaxy Gold at night. I'm very happy with the vehicle so far, and love that matte color!)The long version is that I was very interested in a 2023 Ioniq 5 and had some back and forth emails with Victoria to see what they were getting in soon. The availability of that vehicle is still a bit spotty and I didn't want to drive over an hour just to test drive one when Williams was local to me. She let me know the moment the one I was interested in hit the lot. She let the folks at the location know that I'd be there first thing when they opened the next day.The experience with Nelson and Danielle was very helpful and genuinely friendly. I had researched the vehicle extensively before the test drive, and with their help I was confident to proceed with the purchase of my first brand new vehicle, and first ever EV. Nelson was very organized, and thorough with getting things lined up. Although Danielle was still pretty new and still learning, she was great as well.Then it was onto financing paperwork and questions about warranty options. David was very good at recommending the warranty options that he thought fit my situation (expecting to keep the vehicle long term) and chosen vehicle (an EV which should theoretically need less maintenance) and not recommending ones that just didn't make sense for me. No hard upsell on warranty options or anything like that. He was genuinely getting a feel for what I needed and explaining things so that I could make an informed decision.Again, I couldn't be happier from start to finish with the level of service and with the vehicle itself!

This company was the best at showing us in detail everything about our new Santa Cruz, they were all so kind, knowledgeable They really made this whole experience easy for us.
