They tried selling me an artists work with part of it missing. I asked if they could order a new replacement piece (just the missing peice) if I bought it the rest today and they said no I could only buy it as an incomplete set at full price and I’d have to try to find The missing part “through Amazon or something, I don’t know, I’m sure you can google it”. This was all while the employee was also describing how hard to find these pieces actually are and how if you don’t have the specific one then you’re pretty much out of luck. Wild bills lost 3MD a sale today over a missing part that they tried to make the buyers issue. Just not great business practices.

Double Check the prices, you might find a better deal elsewhere. Normally I shop at Mr. Vapor’s stand alone stores. However I stopped in at Wild Bills because I was in the area and I knew Wild Bills owns Mr. Vapor. I asked for my normal Vape Juice and when the cashier rang me up I noticed the pricing to be higher. We went back and forth, they most likely thought I was just a Karen. lol I don’t care, call me Karen. I know when I’m getting screwed, and it certainly isn’t the employee’s fault they just work there. Just another prime example of corporations trying to pull a fast one on us. I’m not saying they can’t be a good source for the products you might need, but definitely check the pricing on your phone at least; before you make your purchase.A wise Michigan Man used to say.“The customer doesn’t need us, we need them.”Remember that for your next purchase.Reply to the reply: Clearly another customer had a similar issue a few months ago. You’ve learned nothing. You could have taken care of my complaint while I was in store, but failed to do so. I owe you nothing more, and will shop with another store in your category. I won’t even go to the Mr. Vapor stand alone store anymore. You had your chance, you lost it.
