Anthony is a fantastic trainer!!! He provides you with a personalized total body workout in a very professional yet relaxed atmosphere all the while giving you the instruction and attention you need to safely and effectively complete the program. Regardless of your physical abilities or limitations he motivates and challenges you to transform your mind and body to be the best you can be! This has been a rewarding and awesome experience improving my physical fitness and confidence!!!

I absolutely love this place! Anthony does a great job creating a positive and comfortable environment. I honestly don't want to leave after my hour is up. I started here in July of 2017, and at first I was pretty skeptical since I'd never worked with a trainer before. I discussed my goals with Anthony and gave it a try. Now, I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life. Also, if you think an injury or a specific physical limitation is a problem, you are wrong. Anthony completely revised my program when I was dealing with a wrist injury, and I have still made significant progress towards my long term goals. Anthony is super knowledgeable, and he can help you with your fitness and nutrition no matter what your current level is. I would recommend Westside Fitness to everyone from my triathlon junkie friends to my grandparents.

I don't like the gym. I have had trainers at other "big" gyms and I was always able to talk myself out a full work out.

As someone who couldn't see results going to the gym on my own and was scared of a one on one personal trainer, I am very happy to have found a happy medium at Westside Fitness with Anthony. After 6 months of workout plans custom to me, working on proper form, and advice in nutrition, I have seen exponential differences in my body and strength. I also very much enjoy having a couple other people who are learning at the same time, it definitely helps drive me to push a little harder and creates a supporting environment. I find the price point very reasonable for everything I've gotten out of my sessions, it's also nice to know that you're supporting local business. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get serious about their health and needs just that little push to get you there. :)

I have been working out with Anthony since February, and it is the best exercise experience I could hope for. Anthony is encouraging and supportive, and he makes sure I'm pushing myself (without overdoing it). With his help, I have seen consistent improvements, which keeps me motivated to stick with it. I have never had luck keeping myself motivated to stick with a workout plan, so having Anthony to keep me accountable makes all the difference in the world. I never thought I'd say it, but I look forward to getting up early to work out! I can't recommend this place enough.

I have been working with Anthony since February, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. It has been a very long time since I had any sort of exercise plan, so I was nervous that a personal trainer would be intimidating or overwhelming. That couldn't be further from the truth. Can't say enough about this place. Anthony does an amazing job keeping you motivated and tailoring your workout to challenge you (without being too much to handle). I was worried it would be an intimidating experience, but Anthony couldn't be more supportive and encouraging. With his help, I can see myself improving with each session. I love working out here!

This is a great place to become educated and meet your goals. I've worked out in gyms for years but having Anthony as a trainer has really changed my concepts of working out. For the first time ever, I am understanding how to work the muscles correctly and effectively. The environment is very friendly and professional, I am so thankful that a friend referred me to this gym. Every time I leave a session, I am not only physically greater, my mind also feels much improved. I highly recommended coming into Westside Fitness to anyone who wants quality guidance.

Working with Anthony at Westside Fitness has changed my view from dreading the gym, to looking forward to working out each day. He makes individualized workout programs for each client that allow you to actually achieve your fitness goals in an energetic and fun environment. I came to Anthony with specific performance goals and he helped me reach those goals within months, allowing me to pass an important physical test I had. Anthony is a fantastic trainer and tailors your sessions to meet you at whatever fitness level you are at. He adjusts your program as you build up strength and the workouts are always changing as you get stronger. I've been going to Westside Fitness for 6 months and love it! Highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for something to keep you accountable for your fitness goals.
