I cannot rate this place high enough. They are the only reason my cat is alive! They have the equipment to perform ultrasounds and do bloodwork on site. They even have novel type therapies like laser therapy that helped my cats surgery heal quicker. They also have really nice boarding options even for cats! Great service, knowledgeable staff and vets, and very affordable.

My lab, Daisy, practically levitates with excitement when I pull into the parking log. They performed and helped her recuperate from a cruciate repair surgery 3 years ago now and she is still zooming around. Daisy loves them and they do amazing work. They are realistic in the differences between what they offer and what MSU offers, and why there is such a price difference (with theirs always being much lower). They always let me know if what MSU is doing is better and why. My favorite part is taking her for a bath and brush cause I can drop her off in the morning before work and pick her up in the evening.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is horrible. My four month old puppy has been vomiting and lethargic, which was extremely concerning. Upon taking him to Waverly Animal Hospital, not only did they refuse to allow him to stay in the lobby, but they also informed me that he couldn't be treated and I should go to MSU instead. After arriving at MSU, he was diagnosed with a very minor stomach blockage and given some food for gastrointestinal health. It was an extremely easy fix, and, YES, they allowed him in the lobby AND actually treated him. I cannot believe the atrocious service (or lack thereof) I recieved at Waverly. I would advise you to stay away from this clinic and take your pets elsewhere.

Grooming services were fine, front office staff needs better communication though. Nn

We have two labs who have been going for about 5 years. Always feel great about the Dr's. Pricing has always been high, but I tolerated until today. Our dog had blood in urine. Was told one of the vets were out sick and they would get me on an "overload". However it went to $67 from $47. Why do I have to pay more because someone there is sick? I realize the facility is loosing income being short staffed. But don't penalize me. I asked for a manager to return my call and that did not occur. Sad to say we are likely going to find a new vet.

I brought my dog to Waverly Animal Clinic for a BBN (bath, brush, and nail) for the first time after an employee recommendation and not wanting to return to our previous place. I was informed by the employee that they recently got a new groomer on staff. Some previous reviews complained about the grooming services so this was important to me. Drop off is in the morning between 7-8am. I dropped my dog off at 7:45am. It did take longer than I expected for her to be ready to leave which is why I gave 4 starts. I was able to pick her up at 1:45pm. My dog is a 78 pound mastiff mix and it cost $44 for the BBN. She smells AMAZING after the bath and was brushed very well. My dog is adopted and becomes obviously scared and nervous when yelled at or mishandled. She was her normal upbeat self when I saw her being brought up front to me. It was obvious she was treated and handled well. I am satisfied with the experience I had with Waverly Animal Clinic's grooming services. **Dogs bordetella vaccination must be current within 6 months** I was not aware of this as the last time my dog got a bath she was still within her 6 month period. I was able to have my dog vaccinated at Waverly Animal Clinic and get her bath the same day. The vaccination cost $26 in addition to the BBN. My dog did not have her fecal float listed on her vaccination record I had on hand but had gotten a fecal float in December. They said proof was needed of the fecal float so they could perform it that day. I said no because I knew she had just gotten it done about 6 weeks prior and did not want to pay for another one. The receptionist was willing to call my primary care to receive proof of the fecal float so the BBN could be done.

The staff here is always friendly and caring. I have been using this vet office for over 20 years for several animals. Dr. Stuhler is the absolute best!

Very very pushy on selling vaccinations/treatment that are probably unnecessary. Yes, it would be the best if animal can have everything available, but that is not practical. I felt like attending a time square sales seminar when I spoke with the technician and, surprisingly, the vet, too. I do not think these are mean people and also understand this is a profit-seeking business. But the whole office appears to be well trained how to squeeze money from client. For a hospital, this is a bit disturbing to witness. I would not recommend this place.
