I like Walgreens for many different reasons. They are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Walgreens is basically a pharmacy with a corner store feel. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is pretty impressive , friendly , and helpful. I like being able to schedule vaccines online, pretty quick and easy.

Delta Township residents got screwed when they changed the pharmacy closing time to 7pm! The long lines and waiting times are horrible. The staff is rude now, which is new too!

The employees working main store and photo are amazing. A cpl of your pharmacy TECHS need an attitude check watch how you talk to people.

Alexis in the pharmacy is a hard working, smart, incredible person with a huge heart. She went out of her way to help me even though I was stressed out and not even particularly grateful at the time. I moved to Lansing about four years ago and tried many different pharmacies local and corporate, this one runs a tight ship and has always done right by me. Beverly up front gets all my love too. She's always bringing light to my day and remembering me. She picks me up if I'm feeling down and I'm so glad she's in my neighborhood.

Really horrible customer service at the pharmacy. She didn’t even let me finish telling them why I was calling before being rude and when I tried to verify which prescription they were running, she was even more rude and got a horrible attitude. I also spoke to the manager and she was also extremely rude. Both were interrupting me and didn’t even let me explain why I was calling. I hope those calls are recorded. I will most likely be switching to a different walgreens or an entirely different pharmacy because that was uncalled for. I work in customer service and you definitely do not treat customers that way especially when they are just calling to ask a question in regards to their medication.

This store never has my prescriptions in stock. There's always a delay. When I use the website for prescription status, it usually offers me a free delivery option. When I try to use it, it always fails.

I have been to this Walgreens multiple times and never really had an experience overly positive or negative until this past week. I came in and worked with Tamika at the photo counter - she was so helpful and personable. She was great! I had an issue with some photos that I printed through the app - they auto-cropped for some reason and lost important parts of the pictures - she helped me get that resolved no problem at all. Very happy with her level of service and grateful to have my photos printed the way I was hoping for!

It was refreshing coming to this store after disappointing experience at CVS. The employees and the manager were very friendly and helpful definitely coming back.

I used to love Walgreens. All of them seemed to have wonderful, helpful staff that remembered your name. But I've seen a change in the last 5-10 years. Some of these people they've hired are not customer oriented at all. In fact, they probably don't know the definition of customer service. I've had outright snobs and choppy grudgy customer Representatives. It's crazy! While I was going to college I had so many different customer service jobs and I always treated my customers the best no matter what. Even if they were rude to me because that's my job. I still like Walgreens and I'm not throwing everyone in the mix but some people nowadays are what Wayne Dyer calls clerks of the world.

Made appt. for 3rd COVID-19 shot for 10:50. Arrived 10:30 done with paperwork by 10:40.waited, and waited. At 11:20 a person who came after me got her COVID shot and her appt was scheduled after me. Bad Business. I finally got mine at 11 :28. I'm not happy. An appt is an appt. Be on time within 15 minutes.
