Horrible Walgreens. Ignorant people. I called and waited for 25 minutes. I was told to use the app and if I don’t want to, because that’s why I’m calling, find another pharmacy. I’ve had good experiences with other Walgreens. This one should be shut down. Horrible experience.

I love the drive thu convenience of this place an it's usually super quick. If not go in store and check out the killer deals, coupons, register rewards, and the rebates. You could leave there with a bag full of goodies and money in YOUR pocket lolI however have been using walgreens forever it feels like an have never had to pay for the same prescriptions I get every month. I had my friend grab them while he was out an randomly of course they charged him?!? I don't get that.

This store is the worse/slowest place I ever been to. They never pick up the phone then your on hold for over an hour the pharmacy is very very slow. I wouldn’t go here ever again

Listen, the pharmacy is short-staffed and working around the clock. The whiny reviews about waiting are silly. Grow up and be prepared to wait in line. You're not the only one that needs their prescriptions.Yes, I've had to wait before...I go prepared for that. Heck, I can go at 2 am and no line! I certainly don't get nasty w/the staff once its my turn. They are doing their best to help you.I appreciate that this store is open 24 hours. In my experiences, staff is kind and do their best to help in a timely manner. They aren't perfect, but who is?? NO ONE! Don't want to wait, pay to have it delivered to you!

Terrible service at the drive thru for the pharmacy. 30 minutes waiting in line, with only one car Infront of us. Once we got to this window she asked for my name, I responded and she could definitely hear our son screaming in the background. For reference my prescription should have been filled already as it was sent to them over 24hrs prior. 15 minutes went by and she still didn’t come back with my prescription. There were two people working, one person inside picking up a prescription after she asked for my name. I ended up just leaving because my son wasn’t very happy sitting there and neither was I. Two people working and two people waiting on prescriptions but no one was helped. Stickers all over the window promoting fast service. Absolute terrible service. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to make a complaint.

1 star is being generous. I will NEVER use walgreens ever again. Go in to get my prescription, wait forever only to find out they hadn't been able to fill it, never received a call or anything about it. Told me to come back the next day, so I do, well after the time they tell me it will be ready, it's still not ready, so they start getting it, then find out they don't have enough for the 30 day supply, only 24, so tell me I can come back for a partial refill since they could not fill. I call in to get it filled...come in the next day well after it's supposed to be ready and it's not ready again, and find out again, almost 23 days later that they don't have it to fill again, call the other walgreens and they do have it, tell me I can go get it at 440 over there, I get here and they are clueless and tell me I can't refill it, then after 20 min they figure out they need to refill it, then tell me I need to wait another 20 min, with my screaming 2 year old

Wouldn't even give 1/4 star if I had a choice. Have been on the phone holding for 80 minutes!!!!!!! from another pharmacy only needing pharmacists initials to transfer a prescription to that store. Someone picked up the phone and placed it on hold without even answering.

Worst customer service sindy is ghetto and the manager Cody looks like he may be in meth. Customer Service Manager Walgreens Store #06369 I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your Walgreens store #06369 located on Jolly Road in Lansing, Michigan on October 7, 2023, at approximately 11:40 AM. I encountered a level of unprofessionalism that I believe warrants immediate attention. Upon entering the store and approaching the cash register, I was met with an extremely unpleasant experience. The employee at the cash register, named Sindy, was openly discussing her dissatisfaction with her job and the fact that she was using PTO for the rest of the week, all while expressing her frustration to other employees in a very audible and unprofessional manner. As I attempted to complete my purchase, Sindy's behavior escalated further. She made derogatory comments, was dismissive, and displayed a general lack of respect towards me as a customer. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also made for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Furthermore, when Sindy encountered an issue with voiding one of my items, she called for a manager, who introduced himself as Cody. Unfortunately, Cody's behavior only exacerbated the situation. He seemed disheveled and agitated, displaying unprofessionalism of his own. Instead of addressing Sindy's unprofessional conduct, he rushed me and displayed a dismissive attitude, suggesting that he simply wanted her to "calm down." I found this entire interaction with both Sindy and Cody to be unacceptable and deeply disappointing. It is disheartening to see employees representing Walgreens in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. As a long-time customer, I have always expected and received a higher level of service from Walgreens. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the behavior of both Sindy and Cody. Such conduct should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role. I believe it is crucial to maintain the reputation of Walgreens as a trusted and customer-focused establishment. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and a response detailing the actions taken to rectify this situation. I value the service and convenience that Walgreens has provided me over the years, and I hope to see improvements in the professionalism and customer service at store #06369 moving forward.

If I could give them negative Stars I would I had just gotten out of the hospital with two prescriptions one was for painkillers that couldn't be transferred the other was for a stomach medication that was twice as much theirs anyone else I told them to transfer them both they wouldn't because of the painkillers they said they couldn't transfer I told them to transfer the stomach medication and to fill the painkillers they filled the the stomach medication instead kept my discharge instructions and now I can't get anyone to answer the phone and fix what they've done

Slowest pharmacy ever. No one answers the phone to refill meds, and by the time you go i. To refill them, they ignore you at the counter, they tell you your meds aren’t there, or don’t care enough to do the job right. The lady who’s always helping everyone behind the counter (the only one who knows how to talk) is the only one who makes the line move. I sit here and wait 2 hours ever week because there’s always a problem! Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They used a robocalled to say there was a problem with my prescription but didn't provide information. After calling and waiting on hold for 50 minutes I called back and got through to a tech in just a minute. She blew off the issues with the phone system and told me my insurance denied the script and didn't tell me anything else. Turns out they had put it through for the wrong medicine and the tech couldn't be bothered to check things more thoroughly when I called. After calling my insurance company I moved all my prescriptions away to a different pharmacy.

Prescription from EMERGENCY ROOM still not ready 16 hours later. Called multiple times automated message says they are working on it. Called and asked for a person and was finally told I could speak to pharmacist. A half hour of being on hold then was disconnected. Called back and then was in a call queue again with “multiple callers” ahead of me. ONLY reason to go here was 24 hour pharmacy but if it’s not ready for 16 hours (and counting) do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When you been calling all night with always 5 people ahead of you n be on hold 40 minutes to come down to the pharmacy. 6 people looking at eachother phone on silent. Waiting 10 hours to get medicine is crazy.

This store is a hot mess. The absolute filthiest store I’ve even been in. The staff is rude and not helping at all. They had to install police monitoring in the parking lot because of the crime. Only reason I went to this location is because my regular pharmacy was closed. I waited 1.5 hours for a prescription I was told was ready for pick up. I wouldn’t trust that pharmacist either. He is rude and was just walking in circles.
