Not the worst Walgreens, but trying hard to be. Typical Walgreens respect for the customer here.

I was an employee here all I can say is the management does not talk to you or discuss issues Holidays they work the new employees so they don't have to pay extra money for holiday pay. When I asked management about it I was immediately fired. I was a hard worker hmwho worked 9 hours at times with 1-15 minute break for the whole day Walgreens is a 27 billion dollar a year store and can't do right by their employees. Unfortunately it was Christmas time and I made sure all employees were given a Christmas present and I was just a worker ... yes including the store manager that fired me Sad but true Then after Christmas I was fired ...... I guess no matter how you connect with people and feel their a part of your circle I stood up for the two others that got stuck working the holidays for straight time not one stood up for me when I got fired. I guess my heart was different. My best advice only work for Walgreens if you want a short term job. I have documentation of Walgreens The manager on E Saginaw shouldn't have been in a management position he never said anything about job performances They watch shoplifters in the store and laughs at it when they're wheeling out baskets full of stuff. But yet can fire a hard worker I never even took a bathroom break but some were allowed to go sit in bathroom 45 minutes and then take Lunch and break Walgreens is pretty darn amazing in reality. Thank you Zac Mercier for the time you allowed me to work for this company before I was wrongfully fired

I was looking for a few things on a Sunday afternoon. A sales associate showed me where to find an item and she was very helpful. When I went to the front checkout, no one was there, but there was an associate at the photo department ringing up his co-worker. They chatted a bit and he looked my way a couple of times but didn’t offer any help. I finally interrupted their conversation to ask if I was supposed to come to that checkout. He said I could. While ringing me up, he asked if I wanted use some reward points, but I wanted to use what was on my OTC insurance card first. Once I swiped my card there was no a way to use the points, he said, and went about starting the transaction over, After that, my OTC card would not work. I assumed it had been recognized as used and I lost what was on it. There was no effort to try to fix the situation so I left the things on the counter and left without maki g the purchase. Terrible customer service will force me to use another business.

Some of their pharmacists have been awful, hostile human beings. There are definitely good people, too. But some of these pharmacy workers gave actively prolonged my pain, lied to both myself and multiple health care providers.

Terrible and rude pharmacy staff. Tried to do a simple script fill and they were a nightmare to deal with. Ended up going to rite aid and the customer service was night and day better. Just skip this pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff are rude, the way they talk to customers is ridiculous.

unhelpful and condescending staff. Would give grace for not knowing how to do your job if they weren’t so outwardly rude about it. They need some training in their job description, as well as customer service or just basic human empathy.

Discriminatory practices at the pharmacy. Went to fill a prescription with my partner and we were clocked as an LGBTQ+ couple and/or accused of being drug seekers and the pharmacist lied about having a medication in stock and refused to help when asked about other locations. Disgusting.

Overcharged AND they got an extremely simple order wrong at the pharmacy. The Walgreens special.

I've been trying to get a prescription sent here for two days now and somebody said they were on it and it would be ready the next day. I call the next day after not receiving any communication and it was never transferred. They said they would work on it now but I still have received no communication. Also every time I call I get put on hold rudely for 10 or so minutes. I just want my prescription before I leave on vacation. I will say they said they will have it ready for me by the end of the day, so I hope.

First, the urgent care in frandor called in our scripts at 6pm. At 6:50, we were told they didn't have them and that they were busy and to return at 9pm (found out later that's when they close). We called at 7:30, they still say they don't have them. So we call the urgent Care and the urgent Care says we will call them and get it straightened out. At 8:40 we call the pharmacy again and they say they have the prescriptions ready so we go to pick them up. Now, they say they can't fill them without my husband's McLaren Medicaid Group number. His insurance card only has his insurance ID information on the front. My daughter, who also has McLaren Medicaid, just got her prescriptions filled there last month when she had strep throat and we did not provide a group number, nor was I asked to. As I'm frantically trying to find a card with the group number on it, this lady is like, look, we close in 3 minutes. It's $40 cash. So we have to leave, because we didn't bring money with us, his insurance covers it. This is probably the worst experience that I've ever had, I really feel like she just wanted him to pay for it. They didn't even want to fill it in the first place. Clearly if I could get my daughter's prescription filled here with her Medicaid numbers only, I could do the same for him but they didn't care. And now my husband has to wait even longer to start his treatment, and be miserable all night.

Garbage pharmacy. They hate women's rights and almost everytime I pick up my prescription there's an issue. The world would be a better place if this disgusting corporation never existed

This pharmacy used to be good. They have become extremely rude when providing services. I am a physician myself and I have never met staff so condescending towards customers. I will switch and won’t return to this location.

Fellow Lansing/East Lansing customers, do me this one favor. Imagine you are a high school or college student - right now, during an unprecedentedly dark chapter in this town's history - working the closing shift at a campus-adjacent Walgreen's. Answer me this question: would YOU be cool? Full of smiles? Eager to please? The correct answer is nope, neither would I. Having been the world's dumbest, surliest young adult during a certain 2001 crisis, I can assure you I would NOT be particularly service-oriented at a time like this. But Sam? Sam said, "Nah...I got this."Outnumbered by his customers, unsupported by his coworkers, Sam was a master class unto himself in customer service. Gracious, charming, efficient, and funny, this young man never faltered, never broke a sweat. I've been living in a 2 mile radius of this Walgreen's for 38 years and thusly have been rung up by many hundreds of cashiers in that one specific location, and this is the first review I've ever written for one of them.So please, Frandor Walgreens - give Sam a raise and a round of applause.
