I've been using Walgreens for over two decades and I will no longer do so.\\nWhen the pharmacy messes up and gives you the wrong amount of pills and you have your doctor try to fix it they accuse you of breaking the law and trying to fix the system to get extra medications.\\nBeing told my medication that keeps me from dying was my fault not there's.\\nI completely understand someone having to do an investigation to see who didn't fill the proper medication quantity.\\nBut because of this issue you decide to hold all of my other prescriptions that were ready for pickup that day due to feeling that I'm breaking the law which in no way shape or form I'm doing.\\nIt's insulting being called a criminal in a business I've been supporting for years to get medications that keep me from the grave especially when it's not a controlled substance in anyway shape or form.\\nPharmacy management needs to think about what they say to customers.\\nI don't go to businesses that insult me and I plan not to ever return to give them my business.

I transferred to Walgreens about a year ago due to the incompetence of the pharmacy I was using. Now, when I receive a message that my prescription is ready, it’s really ready! I really appreciate how quickly they can fill my scripts, and the auto-refill is very convenient.

The extremely helpful lady at the front with long hair and glasses helped me get the maximum amount of savings here! I was purchasing some skincare and for y'all who know, it ain't cheap. And she was super sweet and patient with me to access all the coupons on the app. So grateful, I hope she's there when I stop by next time! Thanks girl

Staff is courteous and efficient. I get most of my medications there.

I’m not sure what has caused the decline in the “use to be excellent service”. The communication with this pharmacy is awful. I have left this pharmacy.

If you are sick and need the pharmacy... do NOT go here. The pharmacist who is prepping your medication refuses to wear a mask. I have tried calling the pharmacy manager... reported the 3 pharmacists that were working that day... none of them wearing masks. She said she would do something about it. 3 days later went back and they were still NOT wearing them. I don't want someone breathing on my medication and bottles. If you are taking meds... your immunity system is already compromised.The mask is not to protect them from you... it is to protectyou from them.

This is the second time in 2 visits that the pharmacy has messed up, The first time, I went to pick up a refill after I got messaged saying it was ready, I was told it was not and that it would take another 20 minutes. No explanation offered. I told them I'd be back later in the day. When I came back after several hours, it was still not ready. And I had to wait another 15 minutes while other customers were being handled. No explanation or apology offered. The second, time I got a refill I got only half the number of pills. Called them, was put on hold thrice and then told to come back to the store. When I went back they made me wait and the utterly rude pharamcist gave me the full count saying, "Here you go, I gave you _ more." No explanation or apology. Horrible place.
