Consistently rude service, never have prescriptions ready when they say they should be. Apparently you can't order through the website because it "doesn't always work" per the staff. Very disappointing.

I've been trying to get a prescription sent here for two days now and somebody said they were on it and it would be ready the next day. I call the next day after not receiving any communication and it was never transferred. They said they would work on it now but I still have received no communication. Also every time I call I get put on hold rudely for 10 or so minutes. I just want my prescription before I leave on vacation. I will say they said they will have it ready for me by the end of the day, so I hope.

Rude staff in the pharmacy. The pharmacy is often out of my prescription, fine, stuff happens. But every single time? It’s a problem i’ve never ran into on a regular basis in the 10+ years i’ve been getting the medication. Even then, it’s how they handle it. One time this person rudely told me over the phone that they are out of my prescription (on a Friday) and won’t be getting more until Wednesday and says “i don’t know if we will be able to fill it then either because other people are waiting for refills too”. Like I should just wait 5 days to see if the pharmacy can maybeeeee fill my script and if not then wait 7 more? That was my main annoying experience but in general, the drive thru is closed half the time. The other half of the time you have to come into the store to work face to face with Walgreens employees who very clearly hate ever second of being there. The store is kinda empty and depressing too. There’s potholes in the entrance to the parking lot. Shall I continue?

Told me my script would be available in a few hours. When I showed up I was told it was not available for over a month, and I would need to pay 70 dollars for a generic version. If I was informed when I called previously I could have arranged a pick up in time to take my medicine that day. I was not able to because I was lied to on the phone.

Walgreens website says they provide rapid covid testing results within 2 hours. I got my test done at noon and by 4:00 I still never receive my results. I called them and they said that the results could take up to 24 hours!!! I have plans to go to Canada and needed the results faster than 24 hours which is why I went to Walgreens in the first place. I will not go there again.

Thank you Walgreens for your great employees. I pulled up to the drive through and it was closed which meant I had to go inside to pick up my prescriptions. I really didn’t want to take my 13 year old autistic son in the store but I needed my meds. We ended up in the store for two hours due to my son struggling. Everyone was patient, asked if we needed anything, and were very understanding. I appreciate it so much because not everyone is that way.

This Walgreens has a terrible pharmacy staff in terms of customer service. I signed up for a Covid test through the online scheduling website. I submitted all of the forms and received a confirmation email stating the time and date of my test, along with instructions to “bring all insurance cards with you.” I then called the pharmacy to inquire about insurance copays or if all tests are free, and the woman who answered asked me if I’d entered my insurance information on the forms. I said no, I did not see anything that asked for that and asked if I could give it to her over the phone. She said at least three times that “nobody else has ever had this problem” (as if that statement helps in any way) and that I’d need to cancel and reschedule my appointment. The statement she used is one that nobody working with customers should ever say, unless you’re trying to belittle and make them feel at fault for asking a simple question. It seems like this would be common sense. I was offended at first, but now I’m just very disappointed in this staff member; apparently this particular store does not train on the basics of customer service do’s and dont’s. I rarely ever leave reviews, but I will not be visiting this Walgreens store or pharmacy again.

I was so impressed with this Walgreens until today. I told friends to definitely go to this store because they ALWAYS had employees wear masks, AND required customers to do the same, even when it was unpopular and not mandated. Today that ALL changed. Multiple people in the store without masks. I walked straight out. When we called the manager, he basically said he didn't see it, so it didn't happen. sad to say, I won't recommend them anymore, and I sure as heck won't be back. Tomorrow I begin transferring our prescription. You'd think mid pandemic with numbers rising, they would NOT want to lose customers.

I love the drive through pharmacy, you can get email notifications and use their app on Android phones to track down prescriptions and refills. Sometimes the online ordering can have issues and you will get phone calls when the orders are ready to pick up.
