Jason was very accommodating, helped me add a new line and get an upgraded phone and apple watch for my daughter. He even stayed past closing time to make sure the phone transferred properly! I will definitely be back for any of my Verizon services.

The S Lansing Verizon store is by far my favorite location. The reps are prompt, professional and friendly. My phone required service plus troubleshooting today and David was fantastic. He figured it out effortlessly while explaining the situation. He reviewed my bill to ensure I was on the best plan and also advised me of the benefits of Verizon Wi-Fi, which is now available in my area ! He really turned my frustration into a positive experience. Yay David !

While we have a Verizon store close by. We chose to drive the extra distance to see Jason. The great service and attention to detail is always the best. 5 stars is not enough for the 10 star service we receive. It is always a pleasure to deal with Jason.
