I needed a new phone and product availability and selection were lacking in my local Verizon stores so we went to Lansing. I scheduled a appointment with Brandon and he did a professional job updating my plan and helping me find my new phone....

I was told by bring in my old phone, it could be traded in for a new one. And a free tablet.
My new bill turned out to be almost doubled compared to my last bill.
It seems they're doubled my bill to make the payment on my free phone and tablet.

My college student signed up for his first cell phone line and got the new Flip! Online, the customer service was very unhelpful and actually told us misinformation. We went in store today and everyone, from start to finish, was amazing and helpful! Even though they were busy, with an hour wait, they were nice and informative and there was no hassle getting his new phone! Thanks all! We will be back!

The bad news is , they will waste your time. The good news is that they will blame you for it. The customer service used to be good at the corporate stores ... now they are filled with worthless people who act like you are intruding on their time when you go to the store ( between the two Lansing stores they have wasted my whole day) and still no resolution to my problem
