“My daughter and I stayed here overnight and it was exactly what we needed. The whole place was very charming, and the staff was extremely kind.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. It’s located close enough to the expressways and downtown without actually being downtown (which I liked)
We ate at the restaurant inside and dinner was amazing, with many gluten-free/vegetarian options. The free breakfast buffet was also really good.
I would highly recommend them!”
“I had an outstanding experience at the REO Town Clubhouse in Lansing. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was quick and professional without ever feeling rushed. You can tell the team takes real pride in what they do.
The atmosphere was relaxed but polished — a perfect spot whether you’re meeting friends, grabbing a drink after work, or just looking for a comfortable place to unwind. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the staff made sure everything came out just right.
Overall, REO Town Clubhouse delivers top-notch service and a great vibe every time. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Lansing area!”
“I always love going to the Lansing Center: always so tastefully appointed. However, today, November 12, 2025, for the 30th Annual MiMTSS Conference, it was very chilly and I wore a shell underneath a lined Nike track suit. SEVERAL attendees commented on the uncomfortable chill. The second issue was that there was not the convenience of outlets present in the Main Hall or in the concourse. The ones in the concourse/hallway were spread out and inconvenient to attendees being in the Main Hall and needing to charge their devices. My device was fully charged upon arrival but needed recharging halfway through the day and I had to leave it charging at a vendor table and she kept an eye on it while I went back inside the Main Hall. Large charging stations inside the Main Hall or large power banks for the convenience of attendees would be super-helpful!”
“Nice hotel, staff is fairly friendly, quiet off in the cut for peace of mind. Not super close to any stores or restaurants but next to a golf course & McLaren Hospital is right across the street”
“This hotel was very pretty, clean, and the staff was very polite. The continental breakfast was good, there were several choices and we were able to do a late check out for 1pm at no additional cost which was very helpful for our circumstances. I would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The room was clean and very comfortable. I traveled with my husband and 3 small children and we had plenty of room without feeling like we were right on top of each other. We stayed in a King with a pull out couch. Highly recommend. My kids were so thrilled with the room (ages 2 year-6 years) and the space to play.”
