“Besides the convenience of this location, it's the employees that keep me coming back to this location. Josh in particular is always an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in all products and takes the time to ask me about my preferences to make an educated recommendation for purchasing decisions. He truly cares about customers being satisfied with product choice and does everything he can to ensure satisfaction. This tied in with the patience, friendliness, professionalism, and overall exceptional customer service skills that Josh displays is why I have been a repeat customer at this location for years. It's a shame that he isn't running his own store or at the very least is apart of the management team, y'all are seriously missing out on an opportunity to have your business flourish with Josh running it. He deserves the highest raise in the company and a FAT Christmas bonus at the VERY LEAST. This location & all the employees are great, but Josh is the best.”
