Right now I’m giving a three because our couch pieces we ordered are currently incorrect, I’m hoping there is a resolution quickly.
However, we worked with Alan in the store and he is so kind. I appreciated that he gave us the info we needed and allowed us some space to decide. He didn’t put any pressure on us to buy and was very helpful.
The delivery men were also very kind and respectful. They put everything together quickly. We just were delivered two of the same arm chairs so are sectional isn’t completely usable. They assured me that the store would get with me to fix the issue and I’m hopeful that this is the case.
The couch itself is great quality and we are very excited to be able to start using it.

This is the crappiest furniture place ever! How do i order furniture in August and it is not "available"until on the 27th of November and then there will be be another sorry excuse a week before that. DONT WASTE your time it is company wide.

From purchase to delivery we are mostly pleased with our experience at Value City Furniture. The seat area of our sofa needed to be replaced but was handled in a timely manner. We would recommend to others.

Avoid this place at all costs. My wife and I purchased a new dining room table and then wanted to browse for new couches even though we were not even close to ready to make a purchase yet. The salesman stalked us around the store making weird comments and chanting "so what can I add to your order" at us. Literally ran us out of the store.
Fast forward to when my table is supposed to be delivered and 0 communication from VCF. I reach out to them and turns out my deliver has been delayed FOUR MONTHS and they were just never going to tell me that. 0 attempt to make it right. Disgusting excuse for a business.

Went shopping here for a couch and a recliner and found one of both we liked, we came across a better deal somewhere else for a couch and when we called to cancel the lady who showed us around called us to complain about it (im assuming because she wouldve gotten comission on the 2000$ couch) and was incredibly unprofessional and off putting because she had no other reason for the call. The recliner we ended up buying broke within a few months and was overall a disappointment, and we ended up having to still pay for it even after it broke, and they wouldn't give our money back. Just a bunch of crappy made, overpriced, fancy looking stuff not worth the money or the hassle of buying from here.

First time I've ever bought a mattress online due to having a total hip replacement in 2 weeks and not driving. I'm absolutely delighted with the mattress, the quick delivery, and the knowledgeable, friendly staff along with the management of the Lansing Michigan store. They are first rate.
