There's an employee there, her name starts with a G and she's possibly the most sweetest person ever. I had put the wrong address on my package and she helped me through everything and would call me giving me updates on the situation. She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.

Don't ever go here. Second time I've sent a package to someone and it doesn't arrive to them they have to pay extra postage to even pick it up. I'm so angry ruined Christmas

SLOWEST POST OFFICE ON THE PLANET!!!!! Whoever this lady is that works the register here now is SO UNGODLY SLOW its ridiculous. And she sits down the whole time. It also seems this location is understaffed as she always complains about being the only one working on any given day. There is no free parking here, so you either pay the app meter or try to run in and risk getting a ticket if parking enforcement happens to come by. So being quick at this location is key, and its just impossible here.

The lady named Dena was very unhelpful. I asked if she can print the prepaid label and let me know which box I am eligible for since it’s already paid for but refused to and asked me to pick a box and and had me pay for it.

Just another incompetent USPS office. I wish I could do my job poorly and still maintain employment like USPS employees. Your jobs are not hard. Look at the address on the piece of mail or package, then look at the address on the mailbox, and place the mail in the correct mailbox. I receive the wrong mail all of the time, or my packages get marked as delivered but never arrive. I have watched the delivery driver mark my package as undeliverable because I wasn't home. To his surprise I was home and I walked out and asked for my package. Caught in his lie, he admitted he wasn't going to deliver the big package and I needed to go pick it up. It was never loaded in his truck. He never planned on delivering the package. The USPS and their staff are the fast food restaurant of the Federal government - Slow, incompetent, paid too much for the easy work they do, and never get anything correct. And don't get me started on packages going through Detroit USPS. Guaranteed to be delayed or lost. You all should be ashamed.

The woman's named Cindy was and has been ignorant to my wife and I many times now I think she's racist for the way she treats me and my wife Makes me tell her what to pay the amounts exactly after I pay cash for half the amount of my money orders then she tells me she refuses to do the math to have her enter it in the computer of what comes of my bank card. Never heard of this before never had any problems like this until her Cindy She told my wife and I we don't have to come back to that location and when we said we were reporting her to the manager and post master she said they will not do anything against her going to contact office manager there to file a formal complaint about her abuse we have to encounter at that location it's her job to run her cash register and not get an attitude towards us and so far as the lip smacking when we show up in front of her it's just plain ignorant and unprofessional .

Very kind, and helpful staff (there was only one window). On Street, passport parking (I don't have a passport app for parking). I will only come here in a pinch.

Called this morning an individual picked up the line and immediately hung up. Called them right back and nobody is answering, as I type this the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes.

Don't forget to feed the meter or else you might get a ticket...services the public for package mailing...can purchase boxes for sending mail...P.O. boxes are located here also??????

Posted time for “window hours” business is 0830. I got here at 0830 and it is now 0905 in which they are still not open. Waist of time when business hours state they are supposed to be open at 0830.

I went here for the first time today, despite years of living in the area. The woman at the counter was amazingly helpful and friendly. I had a couple of products to send back and she advised what would work best and even wrapped the products up for me. She walked me through what to do and gave clear communication on what to fill out, and what would happen next. Plus, the building is beautiful inside.
