These are the worst ups and (mail store) that have ever happened in the world. Firstly, in this particular office, some old employee offered to pay for the label, given that I didn't print, should I pay? A good question statement. I want to ask the boss, will you go bankrupt soon? I really hope so. Do you need these labels? I paid for the mail. They make us pay for the label. From three dollars - robbery. You can also take screenshots from our phones! But you don't do that, and in return you charge us money. Do you have no money? Because you don't work well! Their delivery is disgusting. Just the other day, one of the employees came to say that he would not be able to deliver our parcel and we had to come to the office, very funny. I hope you go bankrupt and I don't see your stupid brown label anymore. your mail should no longer be developed, it is unprofitable. We don't love you. Other mail handles this much better. I will be looking for another mail and I advise everyone. And don't write to me that you're sorry that you learned to lie in diapers.

The One employee working was doing a Great job, but there were Already 8 customers in front of me when I walked in and About 10 came in behind me while I waited. I hope they are paying this Lone Employee Triple Time for working Alone at this location on a Saturday. This place needs New Management immediately, they obviously Only care about Profits and Not about their One Employee who was working. If the other employees called in then the Manager needs to step up and work a Saturday, the line Waiting here is Beyond Ridiculous!

I have never had a good experience in this store. I understand shortage of staff, but there is only one lady that seems to know whats going on. The employees are always rushed and are quick to either charge extra or tell you what they can't do. This time the cash register didn't work and I had to wait for the other register to open up. So if it's not the employees it's always something. Unless I am returning an already labeled Amazon package I'm going somewhere else from now on. I am not complaining about one bad visit, this is systemic.

The low reviews are spot on. RUNNING THAT SCANNER must be a lot of work. I had more to ship and left because scanning return labels was to much.

Sue, the notary is fantastic. I’ve worked with her several times and had excellent experiences over multiple years. She has gone above and beyond, even when I made a mistake on one document, she helped me and worked with me on pricing. She is the reason we use this UPS in our family for other shopping needs instead of going to another nearby competitor.

Walked in and the young lady was looking around at everyone in disgust and saying there were too many smells she just couldn’t handle it… I’ve never had a positive experience with this young lady…. She acts like she is being inconvenienced… Every one else I have interaction with have been very helpful and friendly…

I have lost count of how many C.A.R.E. packages I have sent to Chicago from this location. E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E at this store is always kind and helpful when I come in. These folks work really hard preparing and organizing our packages to get them to their destinations.

The service and the way I was made to feel as if I was her main concern. Sue was so helpful and she truly seemed to love her job. She was efficient and professional. I will always take my business to this location. Also, the store opened on time and it was exceptionally clean.
