The friendly lady let me skip ahead since I was dropping off a box or with the tag on it. So all she had to do was scan it and give me my receipt. Will be back again since it's so close to my house. Great store 👍

This is my closest UPS store. I have dropped off countless packages over the years and I have always received good customer service from the people working here. Sometimes they've been slammed due to a short staff, maybe someone called in sick...thanks for the good service!

OUTSTANDING!!! Sheryl knows how to pack!!! I had some rather fragile items being shipped from her area to my home. I was concerned because these items are breakable and really couldn't be replaced. We went over the requirements for the shipment and she was very reassuring. Upon receiving the box it was packed wonderfully and all the items arrived safely.
Seriously, if you need UPS to pack up your order Sheryl knows what she's doing and has the best Customer Service I have encountered in a long time at a UPS store. This particular location is amazing. Thank you so much for all your attention to detail. ;0)

Fast, friendly, efficient. 9p degrees outside today, there was a line the employees came together as a team and everyone out within 3 minutes to 4 minutes!! Great Job guys!!! I will be back.
