OUTSTANDING!!! Sheryl knows how to pack!!! I had some rather fragile items being shipped from her area to my home. I was concerned because these items are breakable and really couldn't be replaced. We went over the requirements for the shipment and she was very reassuring. Upon receiving the box it was packed wonderfully and all the items arrived safely.
Seriously, if you need UPS to pack up your order Sheryl knows what she's doing and has the best Customer Service I have encountered in a long time at a UPS store. This particular location is amazing. Thank you so much for all your attention to detail. ;0)

Fast, friendly, efficient. 9p degrees outside today, there was a line the employees came together as a team and everyone out within 3 minutes to 4 minutes!! Great Job guys!!! I will be back.

Went down there thinking it wouldn't be a busy time well I was wrong so now everyone knows about this convient location and quite the line
Staff encouraged people to use keeosk
They weren't stressed they moved the line like nobodys business, with smiles and with kindness
I would recommend this UPS beyond any in Lansing by far for years

The workers there are fast and efficient. The last time I came in, I was waited on promptly and greeted in a friendly manner. I highly recommend the MlK UPS Store if you want fast and professional customer service!

I live in Holt Michigan Not far from the post office I travel to the UPS store on South MLK in Lansing because they are so friendly. They keep A smile on their faces and always greet you when you come in the store that is the reason why I come to this particular store.. I met a young lady there she help me to start my business with the making of my business cards and flyers when I first started my Concessions business she was a great help to me. I appreciate her.
