This location regularly provides poor service. I have had them loose packages multiple times, I have had delivery drivers lie and say they attempted delivery when they did not. On top of that they do not answer their phone. Prior to living in Lansing I thought UPS was a decent shipping company. But here I can't figure out why they consistently make excuses and provide very little in the way of consistency. Your best bet it is to use any other carrier. Honestly request USPS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

My boyfriend went to get his package because UPS delayed it another day. He called the facility to pick it up as they said it was there and he could grab it, but when he got there the employee said it was “too deep in the bin” to grab. His medication is in that package, which is why there is urgent and next day shipping that is GROSSLY expensive. This isn’t the first time there’s been these delays and now he’s in the hospital having to deal with his complications because one employee was too lazy to help someone out. I understand mistakes happen, but it doesn’t take much to be kind and help someone out. Horrible service and experience. (Also they only leave automated reviews, they don’t care about their customers or their experience. Not very professional, just shows their lack of empathy)

From their antiquated delivery times to needing signatures on their deliveries for no apparent reason(no other company that I know of needs a signature on an $80 package) to their lazy hours and therefore impossible to work around schedules, to not being able to get in touch with anyone and having in general terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend UPS to anyone living In the 21st century if you’d like to receive it before the 23rd century. Drop the package off at the door, it’s not rocket science.

Unable to talk to anyone at the distribution center from this phone number. I need to confirm my package is there and not returned to sender as the notice left on my door indicates. Also, the delivery times/routes should not be based on which driver I have. It shouldn't be 8am one day and 445 the next.

Highly don't recommend sending anything through UPS. Drivers are incompetent and takes much longer to deliver than they tell you.

You absolutely cannot talk to someone using the listed phone number unless you have a tracking number to enter into their automated system. It will literally hang up on you. Garbage.
