Zero customer service. I tried to send a pellet gun to a person. Both attendants called it firearms and no way. I received air guns from sellers online delivery by UPS but I can’t send any? I have even sent firearms through the same UPS system for warranty repairs. But apparently these guys have no idea what the policy is, or UPS changed the policy. Ending up sending with USPS.
Just a suggestion, call your supervisor for help and give the customer a reason why you won’t send the item.

UPS 888-number SUCKS!
UPS has obviously seemed to have forgotten what customer service is all about.
My husband needed to ship a Cologuard test back to a lab. Everything was completely sealed and safe. The first UPS package dropoff/pick-up location wouldn't take it because it's biohazard.
I then attempted to call customer service to find a location so we could drop the package off. Complete nightmare trying to get an actual person to speak with.

This location regularly provides poor service. I have had them loose packages multiple times, I have had delivery drivers lie and say they attempted delivery when they did not. On top of that they do not answer their phone. Prior to living in Lansing I thought UPS was a decent shipping company. But here I can't figure out why they consistently make excuses and provide very little in the way of consistency. Your best bet it is to use any other carrier. Honestly request USPS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
