Great service and no attempts to sell me things I don't need! We needed a repair for our Honda Fit because it dropped its muffler. A friend with a Fit recommended these folks and only wish we had found them years ago. The repair was done right at a good price and they did a great job with communication. Highly recommend! (And their jades are beautiful!)”

“My experience with Ben and his team was excellent. This was so different from my experience at another local garage. The engine was making a concerning sound and I was worried that it might break down. Chuck’s Garage got me an appointment immediately, and when I dropped off my vehicle, Ben walked out with me to get a clear understanding of the problem. I knew the price for the diagnostic before I left it there. I received a call within a couple of hours, a complete and thorough diagnostic report with over 30 photos of my vehicle, and a full understanding of the problem and a sense of relief that it wasn’t a safety issue. When I went to pick it up, they had discounted the rate I was quoted. The service, kindness, respect (for a female with car concerns), and quality service will have me returning to Chuck’s Garage from this point forward.”

“My truck pulled to the left after an alignment at Belle Tire. They said it was aligned right and there was nothing they could do. I brought it to AutoLab to center my steering wheel and fix the pull to the left. A tech named Dillon took the time and knowledge to align my truck correctly, center the steering and eliminate the pull. Instead of having to live with the problem as Belle Tire recommended, now it drives straight like it should. Highly recommend the expert friendly care from this repair facility.”
