Shopping experience was excellent. We had some idea of what we were looking for. The sales representative made some suggestions of foam and hybrid mattresses to try. I'm thrilled with the options they had and am excited to get it home.

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade from a queen to a king and decided to start local before searching online or heading to one of the "big cities". We went to a couple of larger furniture stores on the west side of Lansing and were driving down Saginaw towards East Lansing and decided to stop in at the Mattress Source near Creyts Road. Chris was in the building that day and, long story short, the experience was incredible. Just the right amount of sales help with immense knowledge of their products while not being overbearing or pushy in any way. We walked out in order to get our toddler home for a nap but pretty much decided on the way home to buy from them. We went back later that day to make the purchase for a kin size Lexington set. The prices were very competitive and the products are made locally. The mattress, box spring, and bed frame were delivered to Potterville about a week and a half later (for free), set up the bed in our room (for free), and they took away our old mattress (for free). The guys that showed up for the install were professional and considerate and worked fast. I won't be buying mattresses anywhere else while I'm living in the Lansing area.

My wife Mindy and I were shopping for a comfortable and affordable mattress for several years. We decided to "buy local." We didn't go wrong! Chris T. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to our needs and the MANY different selections to choose from. His authentic consideration to our concerns and questions were ALL answered professionally and kindly. We would definitely recommend this location AND shop there again!

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Chris was very helpful in choosing the right mattress, and the moving crew was efficient and friendly when bringing the mattress. The whole team was helpful and understanding when I needed to change part of my order.

Stopped in to look around. An hour later, the knowledgeable, Chris Tadgerson, sold me on a mattress made in Michigan! Two weeks later your delivery team not only removed my old mattress and hauled it away (no extra charge), but helped an old woman with a torn rotator cuffs install new encasements! You just don't get customer service like this anymore. Well done, Mattress Source!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at, Mattress Source, a local business that been in business since 1949. I had the pleasure meeting Chris Roe the salesman who patiently explained all the various types beds and the options. I decided to buy a medium firm box set , after laying on the types of beds . Thank you Chris , for your excellent service. I highly appreciate Mattress Source for all my bedding needs I especially like the free delivery and hauling away of my old mattress and box springs. I bought a new mattress and box spring in October, fantastic quality mattress - expensive but well worth the price. Worked with the manager to purchase, he was knowledgeable and arranged for the special sized box spring to fit a vintage bed frame. They arranged for pick up the old mattress for a very small fee and the delivery guys were fantastic, fast, friendly and on time and asked if I had a dust ruffle to put on before placing the mattress. Great experience, great product, great staff and service. Will return for the next bedroom we remodel in the new year.
