The vehicle arrived in Colorado in excellent condition,just as described.the shipping process was smooth and timely,which was a relief.

Don't waste endless amounts of time- buy a nonGM vehicle and definitely not from Shaheen.
I bought a 2024 Lyriq Sport 3 about 2 months ago. We have had nonstop issues with it since we picked it up. We get apologetic calls back, but considering we have been talking to the dealership, service center, collision center, or EV concierge at least twice a week for the last 2 months, it's not worth the time. Especially since my brand new car still has issues. Read below for the multitude of issues and concerns. It is disappointing as I really want to like this vehicle... but if I could take this back to the dealership, take back my old Grand Cherokee, and buy something else, I would.
It's too long to go into all of the issues but there are multiple manufacturer defects from paint to build. It took 7 weeks for the paint defect to be repaired and there's actually a new defect in the same door that was freshly painted. Oh, and there were 3-4 small plastic screws loose in the tailgate that we assume came from somewhere in my car. We have had to take it in 4 times for this defect to be fixed. We have at least 4 rattles and clicks (dash, both B-pillars and center console) that occurred within 1000-2000 miles and had an appointment today that had to be canceled as there is not a loaner available. We were supposed to be confirmed a loaner on 7/3 but that did not happen. We have been in touch with the dealership, service center, Collision center, or Cadillac EV Concierge at least twice a week for the last 8 weeks and still have ongoing issues. Managers of the service center and collision center are apologetic, but the issues persist and no one is actually helping us or doing anything different. Now we are awaiting the magical day (unknown when) that a loaner is available for us to burn vacation time to take this car in for the fifth time. The Qmerit deal is a joke- the dealership delayed getting our info to Qmerit and Qmerit has still not paid our electrician for the installation of our level 2 charger. It took 6 weeks to be installed. I was given Ross Hagfors' email after a chat with the dealership and yet only receive calls from the same individuals who are again apologetic, but nothing is ever done differently. The amount of time wasted on our end to try to have these issues rectified is ridiculous and with minimal to no effort by the Shaheen group. The EV concierge program is also a waste, having been in contact with them since June 4th and went weeks without a response and then was told I would receive a call this morning, no call. I followed up with a chat and was told I was on the advisor's schedule to call, but no call. I have actually asked multiple times to be put in contact with the regional rep due to poor customer service, and have received no response.
Honestly, I want to love the Lyriq. However, the poor build quality from Cadillac and horrible customer service from Cadillac and Shaheen has negated any positives.
