Nothing can beat this location due to its consistency, we have been going here for the past 3 years.We always come here to order our favorite items—whether that’d be in the drive-thru line, in-store pick up, or simply sit and be comfortable.Our experience on Tues, March 11th shaped our views.After a late lunch at a sushi restaurant, our initial intentions were to come in and finish up some work.As we pulled into the front parking lot, a flat, metal item was on the ground. Instead of going over it with my tire, I hopped out of the car, picked it up, and threw it on the side where the outside seating is located.Granted, throwing it in that area wasn’t the best idea, however, there was nowhere else to put it—nor was there anyone there because it’s still a little chilly out this time of year.I didn’t want to hold it for too long either. There are no outside trash cans during this time of year. Frankly, I found that the item was a bit too long in length to fit in the trash they have in the lobby.Anyways, I hopped back in and adjusted my car to properly fit in the parking space.To my surprise, an employee came straight out of the store and went right beside the driver window with both of their hands on their hip, and a stuck-up expression on their face.In a hostile tone, they said something in the lines of:“Did you just throw trash from inside your car?”And with a friendly smile on my face, I simply said:“No, I picked it up and placed it there.”To which the employee responded:“Alright, I’m just making sure that you’re not littering on my property”—as they picked up the item, annoyed, and walked back inside the store.Without holding accountable for their mistake and false accusation, I was both offended and disappointed.Firstly: That Starbucks is not your property. As an employee of any company—even when corporately owned, you are merely an employee and own nothing. As sad as it sounds, you are replaceable.Secondly: If this is truly your property and making sure I wasn’t littering, why didn’t you make sure that there wasn’t anything obstructing the parking space?Thirdly: As a person who drives the type of car I drive, do you think I am one to litter? Was the action of going outside and confronting me racially motivated?Anyways, we left after that. Didn’t bother to going inside so we went to a different location. Just wished the employee handled the situation differently.It’s just going to be difficult now to ever visit this location again—since it’s the only consistent one from all of our other visits to different Starbucks locations in the area (and yes we’ve been to all of them in the Greater Lansing area besides the new one that just opened up in Dewitt)I appreciate the time and effort anyone did to read this review. We hope that no one else has an unpleasant experience like us.Cheers.

Came for the Lavender launch day and my drink was so good I forgot to take a picture! However it was my first time inside this location and it gave me the old school coffee house vibes. Plenty of space to study and lounge. Different type seating. Warm atmosphere. They take donations, have a FREE little library (take a book, leave a book).Will be back if I need a coffee shop nearby/on lunch break to relax ✨??They also have more variety of their special edition cups than I’ve seen at other places. ?

Super friendly, excellent customer service! A wide variety of choices. Some of my favorites are the pistachio latte, cinnamon dolce, Chai latte, and the new Oleato Cafe latte! If you're a bulletproof coffee fan the Oleato is a similar option...very smooth, not sugary! Love my Starbucks!

My first time here to this location and my 2nd time in general to a Starbucks.( had a gift card)I placed an online order while I was leaving an appt near by at 228 and it said it would be ready at 233. So I went thru drive through and the lady at drive thru goes " you can't place a order then go through drive thru, we'll do it this one time but don't do it again"I'm really confused isn't that what mobile orders are?you place then go pick up.I think it's been 2 mins since I placed the order when I arrived.The way she even handle my products, not a thank you come again. Nada.My order was Gross anyway ill stick to my original coffee shopParking: Such a tight spot not enough parking or any room

I come to this Starbucks location minimum twice a week due to the convenience. Service has been trash for the last few months. Came on 1/14 and ordered 2 venti drinks that were nowhere near filled to the top. Came back today 1/16 and the younger girl with dark straight hair who wears it up in a clip had the nastiest attitude for no reason while I was polite. I’m done spending money at this location. Train your staff better on quality, quantity and customer service!

Ordered at the drive-through, same drink every time. The total came out to 6.63. When I asked about the price difference, the girl at the window was rude, I showed her the same order I had started to place in the app. The total was 5.78. She would not see where we may have miscommunication , I said we'll then I am just going to order it in the app, and she said ok and shut the window. Going in was no better, but I saved a dollar. This is poor customer service, She did not ring it up the way I ordered it. I tried to explain the difference to the guy who talked to me when I walked in, and he was condescending the entire conversation. Won't be back to this one.

I came through the drive through here and I had horrible service, I called to complain to a manager and she stopped me and said “first of all I never said that”, that is horrible customer service especially from a manager. Her name is Tiffany I will not be a returning customer.

Best thing about this location is the drive thru!!! People take too long just to park in front and risk a crash on the main road ??♀️, otherwise the Staff is always friendly and the service is always great ???

I had a horrible drive thru experience this morning, I called to say something asked for a manager and her name is Tiffany, she told me I was lying, she got my order wrong. Horrible service. I will not be a returning customer and I’ve spent a lot of money here, it’s a shame!

They are often slammed but get things done fast. Very impressive. Coffee isn't as well made as other locations but still good.For sure need to work on parking. People often have to park at the apartments or the road.

Don't use the drive-through if you care about the condition of your wheels or your front bumper. The curbs are very tight, and the whole drive-through is designed around a compact car. The retaining wall and the curbs have quite a bit of contact evidence.

I can’t rave about this place enough. Shay the Barista is INCREDIBLE, she needs a raise. I’ve always felt so welcomed with her kindness. She always goes above and BEYOND. I will always go out of my way to go to this specific location because of the service she provides.
