Serina was phenomenal during my trip to T-Mobile and provided exceptional customer service. I would not have been able to switch over my phone plan and get two brand new iPhones without her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to obtain the best deal possible in a friendly atmosphere.

My experience in this branch is the worst while from more than two month they are trying to fix my problem , i cant see my bills and second thing i want from any new customer enter to this branch to be sure from the price that they will give it to you because they are tricked me by saying that they will get from me iphone12 pro Max if i want to replace with iphone 14 pluse they will take 830$ then at the end they took it and when i saw my bill too big and i cant see or enter from my application until now , after long time and call for the customer service they said sorry they trade in by 560$ , and more than that the another trick they put for you glass protector without asking me and charge me 39.99$ , third trick they put for me insurance and i told him that i don’t want any insurance , so please be careful because they should know its not how the way to i crease ur sales , and you should respect the clients and don’t trick them , and more than that when i went to the branch to fix there is one try to help but at the end said i don’t know how its happened and will let the manager call you i waited the manager more than week but maybe he is too busy then i back and asked why no one call they said we told him and he scheduled we cant know , so be careful and always take a proof and don’t let them just write on a sticky note plus check ur bills , they should be patient because when some one visit your branch and he have a budget to pay should not trick him because he is working whole the month and counting his money to paid what he have at the end of the month not to come and trick him

Went in to discuss refund of unexplained charges. Store Manager stated that they were for the previous month. In obtaining a copy of bill, we verified with the same Store Manager that they were for the upcoming month. He then stated that we would receive a pro-rated refund. Told us to call Customer Service to verify amount of refund. We were then told by CS that we would NOT receive anything even though we had cancelled and not used their service for 3 weeks. Store Manager needs some training on Tmobile billing and contracts that the store has customers sign when switching to their service.

So far, so good. heads up, If a subscriber to T-Mobile , Staff will allow WiFi download ( your account gb) in the show room. The WiFi is blinding fast. about 10 to 15 minutes for 22 Netflix shows.. This is fast compared to local library.. 3 minutes of time for 30 mins. and at home the Time for 1:45 hour program was 32 minutes Addition: .. Did download at office on West Saginaw, Lansing. 30 minutes ofNetflix program, downloaded in 15 seconds. That is 2 minutes per second. Wow!

I have to a 2 other T-Mobile stores to take care of an account change I was trying to make without luck. Came by this location and had Brittany R help me out. She instantly understood my issue and resolved it without any hassle.

John, the assistant manager, was rude and very condescending. He kept repeating the same thing over and over again and wouldn't listen to my concerns. It was so bad, that when he told me to come back in after I spoke to the customer service line and he could escalate the ticket, I stated I would not because I wasn't going to be dealing with him again. Brittany was very nice and tried to understand the situation as it was a complicated one. She is the only reason this store is getting 2 stars instead of 1.

THIS T-MOBILE IS WHERE ITS ATRobert helped me trade in my phone and switch over everything I needed. It took awhile but he did everything and even changed my case for me after he already put it on my new phone. Michael helped with my SIM card and was also very helpful. While we waited for the phone to update, Robert was friendly and conversing with me as well as the other customers waiting on their phones. Nothing but good things. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Just left this place after Robert assisted me. I left happier than I thought possible. It can get tricky sometimes for me to understand things at phone places but Robert was funny, patient and explained things well. I was in and out with exactly what I needed plus extra and I barely broke the bank. Thank you again so much! Very happy with my experience today and I will keep recommending TMobile to my friends and family.
