I can’t thank Whitney and Mari enough for going above and beyond to find the cat scratcher I had been looking everywhere for. They gave the best customer service I've ever received and I really appreciate how they went out of their way to contact other Feeders locations to find what I needed. I 100% recommend shopping here for your fur babies!!

Amazing staff. They make a real effort to remember you and your pets name and are very open and knowledgeable when it comes to suggestions and their ability to answer questions. Their self wash is amazing, especially if, like me, you have a rescue that you are not comfortable leaving to a groomer because of reactivity issues. This staff, rather than being intimidated by my 140lb reactive animal, patiently toke steps to make him comfortable and get to know him. Now he gets excited to go and see the regular faces of friends. Can’t say I bough about these people

Always a good place to stop in. You can bring your dog into the store. I like the variety of chews for dogs...I mean my dog likes the variety of chews. Lol. I'm a fan of cubbies and parakeets. This store usually has a few to visit. Friendly staff. Occasional discounts due to loyalty points.
