Cole was very helpful in helping us understand the options and features for a Sleep Number bed. And so was Hailey when we called the next day and switched it to a California King split bed. But the sticker shock! This place is not cheap, friends.

Haileigh was super helpful and waited patiently for us as we took forever to make a decision. She and her other team members answered all of our questions and we're all very friendly! We left there not only with a bed but mattress pad and sheets! Great experience!

A sleep number bed has been on our wish list for about 5 years. As a result, we’ve done our own research upfront and went in knowing what we were looking for. Haleigh listened and provided comparisons and considerations so we could be 101% confident! Excited to finally get quality, restful sleep!

Oh. Wait. You mean we can't sleep here? We were SO comfortable tho!! Truly, from the second we walked in, we felt as comfortable as being home. Jeff was knowledgeable and guided us through the process yet he didn't hover nor make us feel pressured or rushed. Whether you choose a Sleep Number bed or not, the SERVICE EXCELLENCE experience here is worth your time.
Everything was explained to us regarding the 100-night trial and what is returnable and what isn't and what fees are involved if we chose to return anything. We were also given a printed document that outlines everything Jeff explained verbally, and then we signed/initialed to verify we understood the policy. We very much appreciate the full transparency Jeff showed us. Thank you!!

My salesman Shane was great. I just had my 5th back surgery and explained exactly what my needs were. Shane matched me with the perfect bed to fit those needs. He is an excellent salesman and I highly recommend this store and Shane.
