Scammers. “You get 10% off on first purchase when you sign up to their account”. Manager: Did you sign up in the store?” Good grief! Your sign does not indicate that. Honor your specials!!!

I was in the store Sunday afternoon for over an hour and was having a hard time finding my size m. Not one single sales associate asked if I needed help. When I asked I was just told if I couldn’t find it on the shelf they would have to order it. No one offered to check in the back or help me other than that as they kept straightening the shelves. I guess I will have to order online. Too bad if this store doesn’t stay afloat because of their sad customer service.

My grandmother really likes the shoes that they have here. They have really nice new shoes for discounted prices that suit her needs and that makes her really happy. Plus the people there are really helpful and genuinely friendly toward my grandmother and I. We will diffanatly be coming back ☺️

Nice clean store, friendly staff. But if you're a woman with a larger shoe size 10 or 11 they probably won't have your size, I had to order online.

My experience was good. But their sandals are a little expensive. But I love their shoes. The shoes I wanted were $90.00 dollars, so I could not get those shoes. Had to get something cheaper. Could not afford that.

Fantastic customer service. My daughter has an old pair of Skechers that is wearing out, so we went in to find a replacement pair. She couldn't find any shoes that fit quite the same as her old ones did, but she found two pairs that she thought would work. A couple hours in the new shoes convinced her that they were too loose in the heel, so we returned them and bought two different pairs a half-size smaller. A couple hours in those and she realized they're too tight to wear all day, so we returned those, too. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.
