Roxanne is the night shift manager apparently at the West Saginaw highway of dunkin' donuts and Shell gas station I was coming in this morning so that I can take a pregnancy test while my boyfriend's at work it had fallen out of my pocket so before I had a chance I exited the station and started going outside to look for my pregnancy test and which Roxanne the night shift manager decides to follow me out and banter me about buying something. In which she was rude and continued to follow me out the door. All I said to her was don't be rude to me she then raised her voice and continued to follow. I'm trying my best to get a hold of her manager as I don't care that she's the night shift manager because she should be acting more professional. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a manager. There are plenty of customers that don't buy. If she didn't want the restroom being used maybe she shouldn't have left it unlocked. When I came back in she had locked the restroom. Allys law states that she cannot withhold me from using the restroom if I have a medical reason pregnancy test is a medical reason

Do not recommend using your credit card at this location.Got fuel yesterday 4/18/24Approximately 55.00This station put a 200.00 dollar hold on my funds... it's a bit overboard for a car getting fuel.I've seen 50.00 limits, 75.00 limits.But never have I had 200.00 held on my account for gasoline..

Visited the store this morning and observed an interaction that left me questioning the customer service. A person in line, unfortunately short on funds, was unable to buy cigarettes, and the cashier's response seemed less than understanding. When I mentioned hoping for a better attitude, the cashier justified it by commenting on the customer's economic situation. I believe it's crucial for the future leader of the store to treat all customers with equal respect, regardless of their economic standing. Additionally, I found it odd that the cashier mentioned his family owning the business to customers.

New employee Laurie is amazing!! My complaint is that it is extremely hot inside of the store. This is uncomfortable for the customers, as I'm sure it is for the employees. It's 85° outside
