Management has worked with me as much as possible to make sure I'm comfortable where I'm working, and also letting me work with different age groups to see where I'm most comfortable. And when I have a concern, they're available for me to voice that concern and they work with me to address it. Great place to work!”

“Terrible service they called stating all information had been excepted they had open places I called trying to get a understanding of what happened the Director called me stating I should find another facility due to the fact that her employee had called me stating Ingham county shipped over all information however they stated they did not have the information two weeks later I feel they are a racist facility they do not have many children of color in the facility or parents of color at all they cater to the Caucasian children and families from my opinion and short dealings”

“Parents! Get your child signed up for Head Start. I can not emphasize this enough. Apply early, stay in contact, and give your child an advantage in school by starting early. The data doesn't lie, Head Start makes a big difference. Don't let the development of you child be hindered by not starting education at a young age. On top of intelligence, your child can emotionally grow through this experience. Don't let the opportunity pass you by. Financial assistance is available for those that income qualify.”

“We love Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center! Every single staff member is welcoming, kind, respectful and patient. You can tell this is more than just a job to everyone that works here. The teachers and director communicate well and go above and beyond to meet the child where they are at. One example of this was a few weeks ago, my daughter decided as we walked up the stairs that she wanted to be the teacher that day. The director opened the door for us to come in and heard my daughter's request and without missing a beatwelcomed her into her office and gave her a note pad and a pen to make notes for the teacher. These simple acts happen daily and it brought my daughter such pride and joy. I have such peace dropping off my daughter there and know she will get the care she deserves.Prior to coming to Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center my husband and I looked at other child care centers in the Lansing area and even with the fancy new buildings nothing came close in comparison to Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center. You don't have to pay more than your rent or mortgage to get great care for your child!We have attended the center for over 2 years and moved from the infant room to the toddler room and now in the preschool room. I love that my daughter is learning about Jesus constantly throughout the day. My daughter has thrived here and looks forward to going to "school" everyday (even on Saturday she has cried wanting to go to Trinity). When you walk into Trinity Lutheran Child Care Center you become family. This is the absolute best child care center in the Lansing area!”
