Went for a quick trip to pick up some of the pre-made buffalo chicken roll ups (which I highly recommend), and had to stop at the food court for a snack on the way out. I had to wait about for more hotdogs to cook because they ran out, but I didn't mind because I really wanted to try one. The hotdog was better than Costco's, but the pizza was not as good, despite there being a wider variety of flavors than at Costco. The ice maker wasn't working on one of the drink machines and multiple of the sodas needed to be changed. None of these things were a big deal. The staff was friendly and I could tell they were doing their best to provide good service.

Always a problem with this store never enough employees , food cafe never has enough staff never has enough properly trained staff today they ran out of sobe and when the person came back off after break who was taking a break at 12:30 during lunch time bad time to take a break they then started changing out trash cans and I might second request to another person they said yes we'll have to check to see if we even have it it's now been 30 minutes and no one has went to see if they have it called anybody they've done absolutely nothing, also I can see no New Management and I have never seen any kind of manager or crew leader in the cafe, I have not seen a veggie lover's pizza in over 6 months they don't make them but yet they're supposed to, ALSO!! WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THIS PLACE OR BADLY IN NEED OF A SCRUBIING, and they always have one of their toilets are down because they have maintenance men that come and fix them and don't know what they're doing by law they should be calling a Michigan licensed Master plumber I hope someday they get caught in fine $10,000

Excellent location and the store is very clean with a large selection. I love shopping here, it is exciting to me. As well as the employees are always kind and helpful.

First time ever shopping with sam's was about a month ago with an online purchase of a 3 pack hair care product. I received one bottle instead of 3. contacted customer service and they agreed to send the 2 additional bottles that I paid for. Just got the second order, wrong again. Only one bottle, with product leaking everywhere, so I'm still missing the third. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again or continuing my membership.

I went in to the bakery to order a cake 48 hours before my party like suggested. when I arrived the bakery clerk was unpleasant, seemed irritated and unaccommodating.. she would not take my order for a plain birthday cake- no border or roses. When asked if there were cupcakes she said, everything I have is out... the shelves were bare.

I was talking to my son & cleaning out my car & the gas pump kept pumping after it was full and it splashed all over my legs & feet & all the attendant said was “ I should have been watching” never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this, and the employee to be so rude and disrespectful to to me like it was my fault in front of my 10 year old, was very unprofessional.

During these trying days of COVID19, I figured Sam's Club would actually be a safe place to visit. Sam's Club states they have Health and Safety measures in place, which only seem to relate to their own employees. This weekend, I visited Sam's Club and was shocked to see that between 60-70% of customers were not observing social distancing and were not wearing masks. Before I shop here again, Sam's Club will have to extend their so-called Health & Safety measures to include customers. It would be great if all customers were required to wear face masks like they do in COSTCO and would meet safety guidelines set by the CDC.

I find it very annoying it use the curb side pick up feature. The first time I tried it, they didn't pull my order but I received notification on the app it was ready. Now the second time they didn't pull my order because the items were in stock. Umm yes I see on the app they are in stock and I am having you pull them so I do not have to walk to the back of the store and get them. I need them for my office I want to walk in and out quickly, there for the curb side pick up. Very inconvenient and will never use it again. As every time I still am required to go through the store.
