Went for a quick trip to pick up some of the pre-made buffalo chicken roll ups (which I highly recommend), and had to stop at the food court for a snack on the way out. I had to wait about for more hotdogs to cook because they ran out, but I didn't mind because I really wanted to try one. The hotdog was better than Costco's, but the pizza was not as good, despite there being a wider variety of flavors than at Costco. The ice maker wasn't working on one of the drink machines and multiple of the sodas needed to be changed. None of these things were a big deal. The staff was friendly and I could tell they were doing their best to provide good service.

Always a problem with this store never enough employees , food cafe never has enough staff never has enough properly trained staff today they ran out of sobe and when the person came back off after break who was taking a break at 12:30 during lunch time bad time to take a break they then started changing out trash cans and I might second request to another person they said yes we'll have to check to see if we even have it it's now been 30 minutes and no one has went to see if they have it called anybody they've done absolutely nothing, also I can see no New Management and I have never seen any kind of manager or crew leader in the cafe, I have not seen a veggie lover's pizza in over 6 months they don't make them but yet they're supposed to, ALSO!! WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THIS PLACE OR BADLY IN NEED OF A SCRUBIING, and they always have one of their toilets are down because they have maintenance men that come and fix them and don't know what they're doing by law they should be calling a Michigan licensed Master plumber I hope someday they get caught in fine $10,000

Worst customer service. Horrible employees at the front desk who does not know how to talk to their customers. I was trying to return/exchange the tire under warranty, but they came up with some weird reasons not to do that and somehow the club manager was also not really good tempered so I started shouting and yelling. I’ve never had such kind of experience ever in any departmental place wouldn’t recommend going to Sam’s Club.

They NEVER answered phone, and no msg service. Only way I could deal with them was to actually drive up there, show my card, walk through the building to the service center, and then wait and wait and wait to get assistance. Frustrating!!!

Excellent location and the store is very clean with a large selection. I love shopping here, it is exciting to me. As well as the employees are always kind and helpful.

First time ever shopping with sam's was about a month ago with an online purchase of a 3 pack hair care product. I received one bottle instead of 3. contacted customer service and they agreed to send the 2 additional bottles that I paid for. Just got the second order, wrong again. Only one bottle, with product leaking everywhere, so I'm still missing the third. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again or continuing my membership.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. The worst experience I had ever for auto services. They messed up my tires had me wait for a long time and even after that, they did not do the work properly. My tire went flat on my way home right after the service. I used to be with Costco and such situations never happened. Now I’m thinking about canceling my membership with Sam’s. Seriously, worst tire center ever.

You are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else. Everytime I try to call nobody answers the phone which makes me wonder if Sam's Club even cares about their customers at all (they don't). I should be able to call and set up an appointment without having to come into the store. I have bought tires though this Sam's Club for two vehicles too with the most recent in 2019 but their system doesn't show mine or my wife's vehicle at all, proof of purchase of tires, or any service performed at all on our vehciles.That seems very sketchy to me and makes me wonder if this is done on purpose to screw over customers. In addition, I have a tire that is under warranty and needs replaced but have to pay for a new one because of their archaic system and incompetent employees. Do not take your vehicle here as there are so many better places to have your vehicle serviced.

A bad experience this morning. Automotive department clearly understaffed of hands and experience. I have a leaky tire under warranty. I tried phoning but it rang for over two minutes before I gave up and drove to Sams Club. It took almost an hour to finally get an early Monday appointment (this is Friday). I felt almost invisible at times. The obviously new, inexperienced, and undertrained clerk wanted to help but didn't know the ropes well nor did he know how to prioritize. My worst retail experience in quite a while. But their is a silver lining: The Walton family is still filthy rich and ultimately that's all that apparently really matters, that they stay rich.

I went in to the bakery to order a cake 48 hours before my party like suggested. when I arrived the bakery clerk was unpleasant, seemed irritated and unaccommodating.. she would not take my order for a plain birthday cake- no border or roses. When asked if there were cupcakes she said, everything I have is out... the shelves were bare.
