Normally the Cafe runs smoothly.
Today must have been a bunch of newbie workers. Iv seen it before at other locations where they sell more food items than they have made ready the result is a back up of people waiting when nothing was even cooked, and the cashier still continues to take orders.

Went for a quick trip to pick up some of the pre-made buffalo chicken roll ups (which I highly recommend), and had to stop at the food court for a snack on the way out. I had to wait about for more hotdogs to cook because they ran out, but I didn't mind because I really wanted to try one. The hotdog was better than Costco's, but the pizza was not as good, despite there being a wider variety of flavors than at Costco. The ice maker wasn't working on one of the drink machines and multiple of the sodas needed to be changed. None of these things were a big deal. The staff was friendly and I could tell they were doing their best to provide good service.

Always a problem with this store never enough employees , food cafe never has enough staff never has enough properly trained staff today they ran out of sobe and when the person came back off after break who was taking a break at 12:30 during lunch time bad time to take a break they then started changing out trash cans and I might second request to another person they said yes we'll have to check to see if we even have it it's now been 30 minutes and no one has went to see if they have it called anybody they've done absolutely nothing, also I can see no New Management and I have never seen any kind of manager or crew leader in the cafe, I have not seen a veggie lover's pizza in over 6 months they don't make them but yet they're supposed to, ALSO!! WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THIS PLACE OR BADLY IN NEED OF A SCRUBIING, and they always have one of their toilets are down because they have maintenance men that come and fix them and don't know what they're doing by law they should be calling a Michigan licensed Master plumber I hope someday they get caught in fine $10,000

Excellent location and the store is very clean with a large selection. I love shopping here, it is exciting to me. As well as the employees are always kind and helpful.

During these trying days of COVID19, I figured Sam's Club would actually be a safe place to visit. Sam's Club states they have Health and Safety measures in place, which only seem to relate to their own employees. This weekend, I visited Sam's Club and was shocked to see that between 60-70% of customers were not observing social distancing and were not wearing masks. Before I shop here again, Sam's Club will have to extend their so-called Health & Safety measures to include customers. It would be great if all customers were required to wear face masks like they do in COSTCO and would meet safety guidelines set by the CDC.

I bought s membership at Sams I doubt if I will renew. I waited 45 plus minutes in jewelry for help and an older gentlemen walked by and I asked him if he could get me help he walked up front came back and said someone will be there shortly another 20 minutes and this young lady showed up ranting on about she was busy. I should have left but continued on with my purchase. I've had bad exprience at Walmart and Sams .I don't think you should pay for a membership and get poor service. So no renewal in my forcast.

I will not be renewing my membership at Sam's Club. I am still waiting on a table I ordered online back in late November 2017. I received a damaged product later than what I was originally told by Sams. It is now almost into March, I still do not have what I ordered. It is a complete joke to try and call the hotline for assistance because no one can tell me what's going on or locate my replacement table. I also purchased a laptop from the Lansing location, which is now closed. My computer, not even a month old, is having technical issues. I tried to go to the Eastwood Towne Center to get an exchange/fixed and they told me they would not do that. I was informed because I bought this laptop at a discounted rate they would not evenly exchange my laptop for a functioning one. I would have to pay the difference for the exchange. I was also told to try and contact HP directly for assistance. I would not recommend Sams Club to anyone. Customer service is definitely lacking and the customer does not come first (especially online).

Just another high end typical wholesale chain warehouse store with memberships at a price of $99 or below per year...but a good value if you routinely purchase grocery items or consumables in bulk. A little known secret for those on a value line budget: the café is one of Lansing's best kept secrets which is also a great destination for the kids as they have pizza/pop or hot dog/pop combos for less than $3! Or you could eat healthy with a your gift parfait and a chocolate soft serve frozen yogurt. All for less than $5.

The auto dept in this specific Sam's club was surprisingly unhelpful. I was actually surprised as I have been in many different Sam's clubs and each can pull up my auto purchase/service history with Sam's. This is the 1st Sam's club that told me they could not if I did not receive service here. I was also told that my card was not registered to me. That's definitely a 1st. I don't think this is a reflection on Sam's club as a whole as I have not had this issue anywhere else, except this location. Unfortunately, I needed this location's services while traveling and they let me down.

I'm at the auto center watching a guy in a Pantera t-shirt doing what could best be described as a monkey fucking a football. Ive never seen anyone sit indian style to put a tire on a car thats jacked 3 feet off the ground. Two out of the of the 3 techs look like techs. I got the new guy, with the dog collar and the jeand that are shreaded from dragging on the ground, putting tires on my wife's car. I kid you not it took the guy 7 minutes and about 4-5 trips to the tool box to get one tire on. I've been here 2 hours 27 minutes, I'm the only car in the garage. Not too happy

Great location. My business membership gets me in and out quickly early in the morning. The gas station offers prices among the best.
