This place has good reviews, so maybe my experience was just a weird fluke. I brought my car here when the alternator died. However, one worker (Kevin) intentionally inflated the price of repairs ($3600). Then, when I told him that I wasn’t going to pay that amount, he rudely lectured me on how I was making a poor choice. Then another worker (Kyle) gave me a new estimate with a dramatic price cut (1500$). I decided to move forward and have them do the repairs, but after driving my car around for a while afterwards, I felt like I was hearing a weird sound when I accelerated and was noticing that my gas mileage was worse. When I popped the hood, the whole air filter compartment lid is just sitting there, off the compartment, totally unscrewed, with the compartment open and exposed. They failed to close up my car completely. From start to finish, my experience just wasn’t very good, so we wont be going back.

They were so kind and fast. This was the second place I took my car to it wasn’t starting after getting gas. They figured it out and had it done in 24 hours it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here in the very near future to replace my tires. I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me but he was great! He even gave me an awesome book recommendation :D

Def 5 star work, fast and reliable. Only gripe is it’s just a little expensive. But most of the time they can work with you. For my time in town I’ll always go to righters.

Kevin and Josh were absolutely fantastic to work with. They took a lot of time to show me exactly what my car’s issue was instead of just sending pictures and assuming I’d understand. I feel that they went above and beyond for me and were more than fair. I will continue coming to Righter’s and recommend them.

Very friendly, and was willing to help take care of my concern. As a single mother, it's very hard to trust mechanic shops as they take advantage of you. Matt was empathetic about my issue and went above and beyond to find out the issue of my car. I can say they've gained my trust, and would recommend to others.

Brought my car in for an oil change. The car WAS in near perfect condition, which they acknowledged many times and complimented me on keeping the car in such good shape. The next day my engine light is on and my tire is flat, but this magically has nothing to do with them, and they want to charge 135 dollars to read the error message? A service, by the way, offered for free directly across the street at advanced auto parts, where I went instead. Don't give these people your business; you'll regret it. My car would still be just fine if I would never have come here.
