I asked to speak to the manager, and he said to look at the cameras? His name is Lamar and was very disrespectful. He told me he was the manager, there were other employees and mangers saying I didn’t do that. I’m confused as to why I’m not allowed to go to that store anymore.

Lansing road and Canal location. CSR yelled at me...for no reason. She said “you’re not listening”. Really too bad because I go to this location everyday. Now I will drive out of my way to not go there. This seems to be a common problem for this CSR at this location.

I purchased a gallon of skim milk two days ago. It has a best buy date of Nov. 22. The milk soured. Kyle at the W. St. Joe and Waverly store stated she would not me to exchange the milk because the milk was half gone. Of course it was half gone, we drank the good part until the milk soured. Great customer service - NOT!!!.

UPDATE 10-2-20: Went there at 10pm. A new employee, I think his name started with an "E" (small in stature, with a mustache) was not wearing his mask over his nose and did not have a plastic barrier in front of him. This isn't the first time I've seen him without his mask on properly either. Also, Kim did not have her mask over her nose, but, at least she was behind the plastic barrier. Quality Dairy Executives: Do you realize the tremendous risk you are taking? If a customer gets COVID-19 and it's tracked back to your store and employees were not wearing masks correctly, you could be sued and face litigation that could bankrupt your company.8-1-20 A week ago I originally had given this store 5 stars because everyone there had consistently worn masks over both their mouths and noses in the past and they had plastic barriers up. Today, however, I went in twice, once in the early afternoon and again in the late afternoon. There was an older cashier named Kim who was wearing her mask over her mouth but not wearing her mask over her nose both times. The plastic barrier at her middle register had been taken down. Both the nose and mouth need to be covered in order to be effective. I am disappointed that the measures have been relaxed. I am in the high risk group. Please wear masks appropriately or at least put the barrier back up. It only takes 1 person who is infected to cause an explosion of infections that can kill thousands.Update 8-7-20 Cashier KIM was still not wearing her mask over her nose, just her mouth. There was no plastic barrier at her register either.Update: 8-20-20 Cashier KIM AGAIN was still not wearing her mask over her nose, just her mouth. At least they could put her behind the plastic barriers if QD is not going to insist she wear her mask correctly. QD: Is the tail wagging the dog here or is the dog wagging the tail. Insist that she follow the rules!

Manager at Jolly rd and Dunckle QD was not following company policy. She was not wearing a mask or gloves while restocking sandwich cooler. I recorded while I asked why and she just kept saying have a good day. I would give 0 stars if I could. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern by Quality Dairy employees for public health and safety.

I've been to two separate locations where my out of state license was refused and location 13 turned down a Federal, nationally recognized form of identification. I was also treated very rudely by both the downtown Lansing location and the west Lansing location. According to the Michigan We Card Assurances Acceptable Forms of Identification are: An official Michigan operator's or chauffeur's license, an official Michigan personal identification card, or any other bona fide picture identification which establishes the identity and age of the person. Please train your employees about the validity of federally issued forms of identification. Forms of identification such as a passport our residency card prove the legitimacy of an individual's right to be in the country. And in case you are unaware, federal laws supersede that of any US state.

We LOVE the store except the one on Cedar/Greenlawn, Lansing Mi. super stuck up employees. Very rude! But overall we love this store. And to them replying they check ALL ID's cause of 'Laws'. I took the class. Legally you can only ask for the buyers ID 😀

Be prepared to be refused the purchase of alcohol if any member in your group does not have an id regardless of obvious 35+ age.
